+ 1 moreAs you can guess things did not go very well. Police report is on file. To this date nearly two full years after the fact I have not received documentation of the 114 hours it took him to make the form (2 x 4's and rebar) for a slab of approximately 220 square feet. At $60.00 per hour plus concrete and finishing it was likely the most expensive concrete in the history of Key West.
Description of Work: Very poor work. The owner was unprofessional and attacked me and my property with a large backhoe. He also called city inspector to request the revocation of our Certificate of Occupancy based on all of his errors. Billings were excessive and unsubstantiated to the point of absurdity. My general contractor had to fix numerous mistakes.
