Description of Work: We had termites in the house. We were given one of three options. Spot spray, tent or spray the entire house. We have two infants in the house and the thought of removing most of the furniture to tent was not feasible, so we decided to spray the entire house as spot spraying would be completely ineffective. Spraying the entire house is quite a labor intensive process. Basically they spray the entire attic, then drill a pin hole every 16 inches throughout every wall in the house, and then spray. Fortunately, you cannot even notice the holes after they are covered up with putty. Assuming the termites are dead, we are very happy.

Description of Work: I had this company for monthly pest control for several years. Initially, there was a huge problem with their bookkeeping, but that seemed to improve over time. The quality of their on-site service really depended on which technician showed up. We had one who was fabulous. His replacement was totally inept and ultimately led to my cancelling with them. Their program was effective. It was mostly outside so I never had to worry about my pets.

Description of Work: 1 time internal spraying , after that everything all services are done externally . Now they've changed , I think the exterminator told me they come into the house once every 3 month with this very small plastic squeezeable container that had powder and they like fathom squeeze in the kitchen cabinets ect.

The service is over priced. They are not able to get rid of the ants as they keep coming back. They are professional and courteous to work with. They show up on time and they send a reminder card for the appointment. They do call a few minutes before arrival and it would be nice if more notice was given.
Description of Work: I do have the home service and the lawn service for pest control. They most recently came for the home pest service and they came for the lawn service about a month ago. I have a month to month service with them and the lawn is around $120.00 and the house is around $110.00 per month.

The service has been great. They have been perfectly fine. They are friendly and they show up on time. They send cards reminding of appointments. They will let you know in advance on the rare occasion that they need access to your home. I have no issues with them at all. They are always very responsive to any needs.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them for rodent control and pest control and this is for two separate contracts. The total above is for both contracts. They are at my home atleast once a month.

They are very fast with the service. My only complaint is that they know that we have dogs and they put down ant traps and one of my dogs got some of the ant stuff in him, he did not get hurt at all so that was good. They have came on time and they are very responsive. They are always very professional and nice to work with.
Description of Work: They come out four times a year for pest control and they will come out in between visits if needed. I have a yearly contract with them.

The service was fine, they did a good job. I did use their service for two or three years. The same person always came out and he scheduled the appointments as well. The price was competitive as I asked around. They worked with my schedule and they did an excellent job with that.
Description of Work: They came on a quarterly basis to spray inside and outside for pests. I had a contract with them on a house that I have since sold. They did termite service as well.

They are wonderful. Roger is the one that always comes out to take care of my house. I've had to reschedule and they work with me. Roger will sometimes call to let me know he is on his way. They are thorough and friendly. High marks all around. I recommend them to everybody.

We are very pleased with their service. The quality of work has seemed fine. They are very professional and they come on time. They call ahead when coming and the technicians are very polite and they know what they are doing.

The girl in the office, Angie, is the best telephone answering person I have ever met. She was marvelous. She was exceptional. When she said she’d call back she would. If they said they’d come at a certain time they came at that time. They never seemed in a rush. They really took care of every problem for 10 years. It is for our second home and we trusted them to go in our home when we weren’t there. They were very honorable and trustworthy.
Description of Work: They have been very good. They have helped us out with termites, pest, and lawn services. For all of these services for a full year costs less than $1,000.00.

They were very responsive throughout the estimate process. They called me back and took time to answer my questions. They estimated that it was going to cost about four hundred dollars for them to remove the mice with no other services. I decided not to go with them, because the price for the work was so high.
