After complaining to the company about my experience with the first termite inspection, I spoke with the manager David. He scheduled an appointment with me for him to reinspect my property and provide recommendations as needed. He was extremely professional and detailed with the new inspection. Fortunately, there were no termites or wood destroying fungi (it needs to be tested prior to being documented) found and my situation was rectified. I am very satisfied with the professionalism David and his partner showed to correct my situation and provide the best service possible.

I wish I would have read reviews before using this rip-off company. When I called for a quote, i was quoted $150 for a termite inspection. Going rate for most places, so I made an appointment. When they showed up, 2 guys, they informed me the termite inspection would be $250. Um no, on the phone I was quoted $150. They said they will see what they can do. I said I am not having an inspection if it is more than the $150 initial quoted rate. So they said they would honor that rate. After the inspection, no termites found; however, they found wood destroying fungus on a small piece of wood. Guy 1 said he's going to talk to guy 2. Then all of a sudden, evidence of something was found, nothing alive but some type of termite holes on the side of the house. Oh if you want to treat it we can work something out they said. Truly Nolen is a rip off company who will say or do anything to get money out of your pocket. I regret using this company.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. The technician also pointed out an infestation of carpenter ants that we had missed. Those were not covered by the termite plan and might have been overlooked for a long time without his help. Our regular pest control company took care of them.
