In the year 2000, I hired Keys Roofing to reroof my home. In January of 2017, it was brought to my attention that the permit had not been closed. I called Keys Roofing and was told that they would check their records and get back........ Ultimately, I was told by the owner that the company closed the permit and it was my problem. I asked for their assistance, even offered to pay their expenses, but was left out to dry. "Not our problem, we closed it", though they clearly did not. Even though all of this, their office secretary was delightful. Lots of time, an inspection, an understanding structural engineer and nearly $500 later the Monroe County Building Department was able to close the permit. Eric at the building department was very helpful.

Excellent service, professional, and quick.

Called and they came out promptly and did look over and said they would e-mail me estimate which they did, but do to cost and area to be covered went with other company. cost more but got entire roof done and came with 5 year renewable warranty.

Although I would not hesitate to use Keys Roofing as they were very professional in promptly providing a requested repair estimate, I ultimately chose another contractor, so I cannot comment on work quality.

From getting all the permits and talking to the city counsel Keys Roofing went over and above all my expectations. I never found any screws or sheet metal in my lawn. Every employee was very professional and polite.

They were excellent. The job was right on the estimate. They were professional and punctual. They have done work for several of my neighbors.
