Keys Deck & Dock Supply

Ryan, the local guy down here in Key Largo is helpful. The problem seems to stem with their Pompano Beach HQ. I placed the order for decking on the 17th of April. Delivery commitments were made three separate times and missed three times. We demolished our deck ahead of the first commitment and so we haven't been able to use our boat for nearly six weeks!. Ryan, the local rep for Keys Deck is effectively helpless and completely depends on Dan in their Pomapano HQ to place and ship the orders. I believe that Dan is the owner(or one of them) of the company as well. In speaking with Dan to resolve the problem I was met with HOSTILITY! I received nothing but finger pointing excuses from Dan related to the manufacturer and a complete unwillingness to accept responsibility for his company's failure to deliver. No extra effort has been made to rectify the situation or mitigate the los that we have suffered as a result of their failure to deliver. In fact, we are told that our shipment has now finally arrived in Pompano but because its a holiday weekend they won't ship to Key Largo until Tuesday. It is apparently inconvenient for them, I cancelled the order!!
