From start to finish this company was very professional and helpful. We are out of the area home buyers so scheduling a specific time was critical. The company's website gave detailed pricing and aspects of inspection that were included or extra. When I called, Cindy helped over the phone with arranging available timeframes and Mark was spot on arrival. Mark was very knowledgeable and detailed though out the inspection process. He was also a local professional who was able to make referrals to repair companies that maybe able to assist us after the purchase process - this allowed us to stop by a few local companies while in town to obtain repair quotes, which was an absolute necessity at this point during our buying process. Our inspection report document was provided within a few hours via an email link which was easy to share with all parties involved. Overall a great experience.

Excellent. Mark went above and beyond in trying to be helpful. We have some garage doors that have no certification markings so he even went as far as emailing the manufacturer to try and secure the certificate numbers for us in an attempt to secure credits on our insurance. On top of his great work, he has also provided wonderful references and recommendations.

Mark was one of the best home inspectors we ever had. He did a terrific job of identifying issues that we would not have seen. He is also very knowledgeable about the county regulations and laws and provided much needed info. mark has also been invaluable in referring us to trusted contractors in the area.
