+ -1 moreWoman on the phone sent someone to spray around e inside of the house and outside. In addition the sprayer sprayed directly on our granite food preparing surface. Cockroaches were back the next day. Woman on the phone said this would take many weekly treatments. I went online and purchased a product from Amazon for $24.00 which solved the problem in three days. These people clearly should not be in business.
Description of Work: Exterminate and "treat" for German cockroaches

+ -1 moreThe women in the office was pleasant, tech was punctual and pleasant as well. It did take 2 visits the second to ensure that the eggs were dead and dying. It took 2 sprays for that to be the case. Happy to report that I am now tick free!
Description of Work: Had house sprayed for infestationof ticks. Required 2 treatments which they told me it would over the phone. Each treatment was $65.00. Had called another service but would have had to wait a week. Was happy with the service.

+ -1 moreI called Charter Pest for an unscheduled visit to help eliminate a new tiny bug. The tech was in the area and knocked on my door within 1/2 hour of my call to the company. Yes, some of the timing was luck, but I find that Charter Pest has always been professional and quick to respond when I have needed to call. All is bug-less now!
Description of Work: Sprayed home and assisted with finding the "pantry beetle" source and removing. Very responsive and professional.
