They came when I was gone and I didn't even know it was done until I got the bill.

They are great. I have used them on three occasions. The last time was about three weeks ago. It was an emergency and was pretty cheap.

First I would like to say that I am extremely impressed with Bayside on me as a company. Everyone from the receptionist to the plumber provided excellent customer service. I definitely would like to recognize Jeff Saylor for his outstanding work and for him going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations through his customer service friendliness and accurate completion of the work I needed done and very timely fashion. Carrie, the plumber, called ahead of time to reconfirm, showed up on time, performed the work cleanly and efficiently, and provided courteous service. Couldn't be happier with the service (and it was the first time I've used this company).

Called Bay Side Plumbing late Thursday morning. Was told someone would be out Friday afternoon. A knock on the door Thursday afternoon and lo and behold here is Bay Side Plumbing, a whole day early. The faucet was fixed in less than 20 min., and I was charged for a 1/2 hour service call rather than the normal 1 hr. This is the second time I've used Bayside and the first time was just as satisfactory as this time.

despite a scheduling snafu that delayed the repair by a day, Bayside was very helpful by pulling a plumber off another job to accommodate us. Jeff was pleasant, helpful and and professional, and promptly had my sink emptying well. I appreciate that this is an extremely busy time for them (one of the busiest weeks in the season in the keys... mini-lobster season) and that mistakes occur. In general I am extremely happy with their service and I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.

I used Windy Day for other projects a couple of weeks ago and it was $265 for an hours work as they charge per job not hourly. I would have only paid $90 with Bayside! I wilk only use these guys from now on!

The service was fine. They did take a long time to send a bill. The quality and professionalism were fine. They showed up in the afternoon and they were supposed to be at my home in the morning and no one called.

We had a good experience with this company. They were accesible and explained in detail all that they had planned and the reason for it. The owner came back after all the repairs were made to make sure it was complete and to our satisfaction. I would call them again if I needed to.

The initial piping of the house went well with the exception of one toilet drain being drilled in the wrong place. We had a little trouble getting our final fixture order in due to some office logistic issues, but delays by other subs made this a moot problem. They were delayed reaching completion by other subs, but once they got the opportunity to get into the house, they did a nice job, promptly and professionally. When we found a few problems, they returned promptly to fix them. We put in some very new fixtures which required some experienced plumbers to figure out. So far, no problems.

very well. They started the work on 11/12 and finished 11/16. They reemoved a very large tree root and connected our washing machine line to the drain w/o any additioanl charges. They had the department of building inspectors out there right way and no problems with the on their work.
