I have been dealing with Leo for about 1 1/2 years on a frequent basis. As usual, he was prompt. As always, Leo was knowledgeable about everything I wanted to understand. He is a good teacher and patient.. He gave me extra hints and information. Leo didn't waste any time and didn't take phone calls. He was pleasant and so easy to work with. I received all of the information I wanted and the some.
Description of Work: Gave instruction on the use of Shutterfly; assisted me in downloading photos from different devices and in organizing them on my computer; brought a flash drive with the recovered pictures I had accidently deleted from my camera, which he downloaded to my computer.
