 + -1 moreI am a realtor and some of my clients live in other countries and states, so when I need the Apt's to be cleaned or if an appliance needs repair I call Key Biscayne Cleaners and they help me same my problem. Which is great help to me because they help with anything I need.

 + -1 moreThe cost was quite reasonable. She was here all day. She was very thorough. She cleaned in cracks and corners that I didn't even know I had. She was tall which allowed her to reach higher places. She did the grout in the bathroom floors very well. She was very thorough and left my house spotless. I also have four cats and cat fur everywhere, and she was able to clean it up.
Description of Work: They did housecleaning for me.

 + -1 moreThis company was very professional from beginning to end. Very courteous on the phone and arrived when promised to give an estimate. I booked their service and was very pleased. They arrived on time, the cleaning took the number of hours they said it would, and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I've booked them several times for cleaning since then, and it has always been a good experience.
Description of Work: The cleaning entailed washing tile floors, vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, changing linens, dusting overhead ceiling fans and laundry. She also took out the trash, as well as hosed off the patio!

 + -1 moreJason arrived on time and gave me an estimate of what was needed, the day before. The two cleaners worked hard all the next day, leaving me with a nice and fresh place to live. They scrubbed down and deodorized everything.

 + -1 moreJason, the company's representative, maybe an owner was articulate, polite and stayed in communication with me (as necessary). He clearly defined the company's pricing structure, the times the workers would meet me, and how long they would work. I only had to give one of the workers the check. I could not have asked for anything more from him. He was terrific!
Description of Work: The company's workers, Irma and Fausto, cleaned (including windows) a vacant loft apartment I was moving into. Jason (the company's representative, maybe the owner) was articulate, polite and helpful over the phone. The workers did a great job, and I was pleased with all aspects of the job. Fausto did a fantastic job on the windows, and Irma cleaned the floors, bathroom and kitchen areas better than I would have expected from a cleaning service. I also used another one of their workers, Marta, to clean the apartment I moved from. This was a little more difficult, because of the apartment being a much older unit, a floor-to-ceiling mirror in the dining area, and an overhead fan/light fixture. Marta did a fantastic job, and I was able to get back my entire deposit from the owner, due in no small part to Marta's work.

 + -1 moreI had a very good experience. Jason, the manager came over and supervised the clean up. They put the apartment in the best shape possible.
Description of Work: I just moved into a new apartment and I had some work done, such as installing new floors, fixing up the kitchen, painting, and electrical work. I wanted them to clean up the place, before the furniture was delivered.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. MY HOME WAS ALWAYS VERY NEAT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NEVER ANY DUST ON ANY OF THE FURNITURE. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
