+ -1 moreThe problem lies where once the estimate was complete ($118.00) I never heard from this company again. Many attempts were made to contact the company in regards to having the repairs started, but once contact was made, the phone was passed around due to the language barrier. After speaking to the supervisor I was told that options would be given within a couple of days, which never happened. I called to schedule an appointment in order to speak to someone face to face and I was told that I would be given a call back. Two weeks later I'm looking for another company to do the repairs.
Description of Work: They were prompt in coming out and doing an estimate and the individual was professional.

+ -1 moreI have found them to be very reliable and very quick. They come right out to do the work. They are clean and neat and clean up after themselves. I'll certainly have this company come out to do work again.
Description of Work: I called them because I was having problems with a leak in my ceiling from the apartment above. The work took 1 hour to complete.
