They cleaned up and tuned up my computer, optimized the start-up sequence, cleaned fans, checked and verified my anti virus and anti malware software, cleaned out unneeded files and bad registry information and defragged and optimized my hard drive. My computer now is working smoothly and fast. I have used Mark for a number of years and have recommended him to friends who have always been happy with the service.

They worked with me. I'm satisfied. I'd give them an A.

The price is good because they had to come out to the house. It was $75 for the first 30 minutes of service and $75 for residential- $50 for coming out and being at the house-it is $50 per hour. The total ended being $150 and I was satisfied with it. The quality was excellent. The responsiveness was almost immediate.

They did a wonderful job. We're very pleased. We've used them twice now.

I got something on them. It was great, they did a good job. They did good work. They reached out like three months ago. You can just call them and they'll work on your computer. My computer has since been very good. They did the service at a reasonable price. The last service was I think $125. I would recommend them solely. I would use them again in the future.

Things were fine. I've used them a few times. They were really very good. They handled a lot of problems by remote. They don't actually come to the house which is nice. I've been with them for four to five years. I don't have to call them that often but when I do, they are always great. They really investigate things. They always seemed to solve the problem. I didn't have the problem after once they finished. I would definitely use them in the future.

I had an old system and they wanted to replace the machine and ask them if they could redo the old machine until we got a new machine and we agreed on a price. It had work wonderfully well and I would recommend them. We appreciated what he was good and he told us what he could do.

The guy came over here and he does voluntary work for the Red Cross. They took it in and they were able to save everything. They were extremely communicative and helpful.

It was very excellent. I think it was back in April. I think it cost me about $140 but I had some serious issue. I had someone go straight and control my computer. I had put up protections, put everything but I there was a problem and they really took me out of something that had me going around for a week before that. They really knew their business field. They delivered me from the previous providers who charged me $200 for their service. They saved me a lot of money. I would use them again.

Mark and team provided excellent service in a very professional and friendly manner. They fully explained what was wrong with my computer along with options to repair and enhance my system including accurate cost estimates. I would not hesitate to use their services again if my computer breaks.

The service from Mark Evans Computer Technology went alright. Mark Evans is fine in my book. He helps me out with various technical things too. I call him up and he doesn't charge me anything. A couple of weeks ago I called him and they were willing to answer questions for me. The modem wasn't working or something and he asked me to push the thing in and it did happen to work.

They are really reliable. The quality of their work is the best. They are very punctual, they called me when I didn't call them.

When he arrived, the computer was HUGE! So large he had difficulty getting it into a large area of my desk. I was SO upset as my goal was to downsize. He was here for about 45 minutes trying to get the computer to fit, hooking up keyboard, etc. I let him know how VERY UNHAPPY I was. The new keyboard he brought was awful and a brand I never heard of; I told him I wanted a "good" keyboard. He agreed to bring be a new one the next morning. Even worse, the bill was $900+ far more than had been quoted. I questioned it and was told amongst other things, I was being charged $75.00 an hour for installation, etc. Plus, they failed to provide the Angie's List discount. This morning the technician brought the new keyboard and the bill grew to $1011. He did bring new speakers, charged me, and they were awful. I did not keep them, I RECALCULATED THE BILL TO REMOVE THE SPEAKERS AND INCLUDED TAX. The bill ultimately ended up being $992.47 for a computer I HATE. I asked about help showing me how to work the computer and was told that would be $75.00 an hour. A warranty was not mentioned until I ASKED. I was told there was a one year warranty. I asked if I needed help operating the computer would there be assistance available....YES FOR $75.00 PER HOUR. At this point I am not even confident I have a new computer! This experience was HORRIBLE and I WOULD NOT recommend. this company. It looks as if I wall have to pay someone to come to my home to assist me in operating this monstrosity!

the first place was safety harbor fl not only did he keep it for two weeks ,,tried to pry the back open, first said the hard drive then the mother board was bad but he was so frustrated he couldn't fix it he renamed the Lenovo unit a god d--- computer the bottom line was MARK'S COMPUTERS was able to transfer the data and call me when it was finished two hours after they got it friendly service fast service I would deal with them again

He is very good. He did it satisfactorily. He gave me a learning computer, which was important to me. He is very responsive. He is very attuned to customer’s needs. As I said, I need a learning computer and he provided one for me, which enable me to keep working while he is fixing my computer. I was very impressed. His price is very fair.

Our experience with Mark Evans Computer Technology was fantastic! Deborah, Mark's fiancee is extremely knowledgeable and her management skills are truly superior. A courier service was provided for convenience to pick up and drop off our computer for a low cost fee (very worth it). We had over 100 GB's of data to transfer, programs to install, security to install. Every request was honored from time frame needed for pick up to time computer needed back to us. We requested next day service which was a difficult request for them to honor, but they did it!! That is how superior their customer service is with Deborah taking care of business. Phone calls were returned within minutes when times were needed to be confirmed with courier for pick up and drop off. There is simply nobody providing better customer service and having better knowledge of computers and their intricacies.

They did an excellent job and their pricing was good, too. They resolved the issue in 2-3 days and I'll definitely keep their name handy for any future needs.

He does great work! Their prices are very fair and we've always been satisfied with them.

I also like that they can remotely troubleshoot the problem, and many times we’ve been able to fix the problem at home with their help.

It went great. I visited with the company representative on Oct 20 and picked up the new computer the next day. The tech's gave me a lesson on the Windows 7 operation and told me if I had problems down the road that they could log in to my computer remotely and see what they could do to correct those problems. They were also able to salvage my old hard drive and use it as another drive in the computer. That saved a lot of time saving files and installing those files on the new machine. Now I am trying to gather enough money to purchase a similar lap top computer, for business trips, from Mark Evans.

We’ve seen them for our computer needs for about 4-5 years. They have fair prices and I’ll certainly use them whenever we need a new computer.

There are other places that charge quite a bit more, so I was very happy with how it went. I dropped off the computer and he cleaned-up and tuned-up everything perfectly. It's been running fine ever since!

Their prices are fair and we’d definitely stay with them. We usually drop off the computer and they tend to do quick work in repairing it. The computer has been running fine since then!
