Mark Evans worked on it for days, because I had to go to work. He was virtual, so once he got out of it he couldn't get back in unless someone let him back in. I would be gone, I'd have to come home from work & jump back on it again and they were really good. One of the guys there would be working on it when I'd call back and say I'm here and he'd say okay let me back in and he'd start back to work on it. That went on for about 3 days and we got that done and he said that was as far as he could go because he wasn't here. I said thank you and I paid them. That was good customer service there. That was only supposed to take 3 hours maybe, maybe an hour; or so he thought. However, once he got in and started looking and every time he got off, because it would be afternoon when I get off work and he would have done what he could do and shut it off for some reason and then couldn’t get back in. So we’d have to get another code and he just kept going until he got it all off. I just thought here in Shreveport you’re not going to find that kind of service. I haven’t anyways. If it‘s supposed to take a couple of hours and it’s going on 3 days they want you to come get this or you’re paying extra. On his ad he said he could get rid of any virus virtually; he could do a clean wipe. All I thought it was is that it was going to need a clean wipe and then the viruses would be gone and he started finding other things. When he would get one virus off you would have to cut it off so whatever you put on, it would take effect and it would cut him off and not let him back in. The pricing was pretty good. On quality, they did the job.

It was a guy named Jimmy. It took about 2 ½ hours. He talked to me over the phone. He thought he had solved it the first time around and it didn’t solve it. He was very quick to go back in and implement another approach and that took care of it.

They always do a great job. Overall they are excellent. They are very good. I would always use them. I wouldn't use anyone else. Most of the time we have done it remotely. One time several years back he had to come to me, but most of the time they can handle it remotely. They talk over the phone too. All the workers explain everything and are polite and nice.

It worked out really well. We used them for three different systems and they were wonderful. They got every thing taken care of finally and I really appreciated their business. they did one in home and picked one up, which cost more. They could have called to let us know of delays a little better.

Viruses removed. Fast, professional service at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Detailed bill provided. Additionally, cleaned interior so computer was in excellent condition when work completed. Well worth the drive from Palm Harbor. Will definitely use again.

I took it to their shop and within one or two days (Sorry, I am writing this about a year later) it was given back to me all ready to use. I was advised to purchase Kaspersky and Malwarebytes which I did. Haven't had problems since.

Upgrades and setup and remove fluff from a new all in one system. Update and check a laptop. Transfer all info from old all in one system to new. Installed and renewed internet security for many years on two or more computers.

I have always been satisfied with their work, their helpfulness and promptness. They keep me informed as to what is going on and how far the have gotten.

I called Evens Company and had them send someone to my home to address this severe problem. They entirely corrected the whole problem and enabled me to successfully thwart the continued efforts of the foreign based deceiving company to regain their control over me. They kept trying for more than a year. The Mark Evans technician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly walked me through what they were doing to straighten things out for me.

Well i needed a scanner to work and they said they couldn't do it after 15 minutes so they said by. So I called back and asked them to do the work they would do for the spyware and they did it.

Good service, Mark invested much effort to accomplish the task. The only issue was that several technicians had worked in my computer but did not solve the problem, so the work was really done by Mark (the business owner) when I went to pick up my laptop, not before!. I had to wait over one hour watching Mark do the work.

They were a little bit expensive. They helped me get it on line. They resolved it. It was okay but a little bit pricey. He actually called and said if he can come earlier.

I went to their place of business and met with Chris. I explained what I was looking for and he was more than helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different types of laptop computers. He was very patient with me and I never felt I was being "pushed" into buying something I did not need. I would definitely recommend them!

Mark was very knowledgeable and through. He got right to work, completed his tasks, and then gave some advice and instructions that was not part of the job. I should add his price was reasonable.

Excellent service. They provided me with options, good and wise choices. Transferred all content of my old laptop onto the new one. Patient, professional, thorough service at the shop as well as via phone (and a really cool interface through which they could see my laptop and my issues without my leaving home) - extremely helpful to me, a techno-phobe. I am happy and relieved that I will always be able to get help from Evans and staff whenever I need it. I heartily recommend them to anyone!

Location hard to find but worth it.

Computer had been slow and had to be restarted frequently. I haven't had to restart it since. Nice job.
