Description of Work: After spilling liquid on my laptop computer it would no longer boot up or respond to any keyboard commands. My insurance company asked for estimates to repair or replace. Mark Evans Computer Technology took the computer apart, surveyed the damage and wrote up the requested estimates. My insurance company took a few days to review the paperwork and are in the process of wiring the settlement to my bank account. While it was a bit of a drive from Palm Harbor to Seminole, all work was done within about three hours from the time I delivered the computer to them. The entire process was done in one day. Other vendors said it would take up to two weeks before I could obtain the estimates. I will certainly use their services if I need computer work in the future.

Description of Work: Brought in my HP Pavillion laptop for broken LCD screen, missing key on keyboard and Also had them fix a DLL error that I could not get to go away. They replaced the screen, keyboard and ran a virus scan removing some potential threats and fixing DLL error. They went above and beyond expected service and professionalism. Despite the large workload they have my computer was ready in 2 days. I highly recommend Mark's shop to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced repairs. Description of Work: Hard drive in my MAC replaced. Before doing that they spent time getting my files and photos off the old drive! Their patience to doing that with the drive operating at a snail's pace was great and appreciated. Good communication during the time in the shop.
