Description of Work: I was "hoodwinked" by a Someone representing themselves as service representatives for Quicken to help my with problems I was having with loading my newly purchased Quicken Software onto my other computers. They claimed I had serious computer problems and ended up gaining access to 3 of my computers for 3+ hours and then wanted to charge me $1,800 that I had to pay by nefarious means. I checked at BBB and they were shysters. I called Mark Evans Computer Technology and they came quickly and cleared all they had done to my computers and my network and set everything up so they would not be able to gain access to my computers again. They tried numerous times for more than a year by trick calls but weren't able to do anything to my computers. Excellent, professional, knowledgeable work right in my home. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Excellent experience. I contacted Mark to obtain a custom built home desktop computer. I met with him to describe exactly which features I wanted in the computer. Mark listened, and offered a few suggestions. He gave me a price quote, which I accepted, and about 10 days later my computer was ready. He was very easy to deal with and communicate with. He listened to what I wanted, and produced exactly what I wanted. The price was very fair, and the purchasing process was simple. He was extremely friendly, and the computer is an excellent computer. I was very happy with the overall experience and would not hesitate to use Mark again when I want another computer.
