They did great work for an excellent price. We were very pleased. It took them about 3 days to build the unit, and they were very responsive whenever we had additional questions.

I met with Mark Evans personally at his shop to discuss my specific needs. There were certain specific parts and specifications I wanted to ensure were used in the new computer. I wanted it to have some features not usually included in off-the-shelf computers. Yet I wanted it to be as simple as possible, so I did not want certain features that big box manufacturers usually include. He understood my wants and needs, and offered some helpful suggestions. Whenever I was ensure about a particular issue, he clarified it for me. Within a day, he checked when the parts would be available, and emailed me a written quote listing the exact parts to be used, and the total cost of the new computer. I gave him the green light to build it, and a week later I picked up the new computer. It has functioned well ever since (about a year now), and I am very satisfied.

I called and spoke with Mark and he was extremely knowledgeable about my product and the problem I was experiencing. He gave me a reasonable quote. I delivered the product to his shop. And he called me within 2 hours to confirm the problem and the quote. The work was completed before promised. I was very pleased with my experience.

I am not thrilled with the last laptop they sold me about two years ago and the printer does not have fax capabilities. I have used their services for around 5 years. They will help me over the phone when needed which is nice. They are better than other computer repair companies I have used. I would recommend them.

They put all our info into new system added the latest updates and a great security program. this was completed within one day. The people that work there are friendly, helpful, and know what they are doing. Most important they don't try to sell you on anything more than you really need. Bottom line good honest people.

The Tech came to my home within an hour or so after I called (as it was the printer that had the problem) and I did not want to take everything to their shop. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He took my P/C to the shop in order to put a new Anti Virus program on it and returned the next day with all in great working order. I will definitely use their services again as this was a pleasant experience.
