Another company installed some Areca palms and quite a few began falling over. Unfortunately, they wouldn't come out and put supports in place for them. However, they did refer me to Chris with Berman's Botanicals. It says a lot when a potential competitor refers someone else. Chris came out and did an amazing job! He was so knowledgeable and gave me plenty of insight and guidance in taking care of them. It may seem so basic but he definitely showed concern for something so small. I really appreciated that! I'll be calling him for much bigger jobs too!

He came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We walked the area and identified the trees in question. His crew worked hard and quickly and completed the job. The estimate and final cost were very reasonable.

Perfection! My residential property went from blah to AMAZING! It’s paradise now. Commercial property is well maintained and Mr. Berman has gone above and beyond. Even after hurricane Irma, he came to our rescue. Whatever we need he’s there on the spot. Polite, punctual and precise!

The owner was very fast in responding to me and was able to accommodate me in his schedule very quickly. He came out and did a great job taking care of my grass and the weeds. I am definitely continuing my services with him!

I hired this company based on all the good reviews. The owner clearly did not need my business - I asked several times for some things to be done (patching an area with sod where they removed a tree, trimming my palms) and was told they would do it TWICE... but they never did. Also left deep ruts in our front yard from using mowing equipment that was too heavy. Also left our gate open one time so our dog got out the next day. Also the young tree they planted for us had its bark scraped off up and down the trunk because of how it was transported. I gave them several chances to step up their game. In the end, when I pointed out all of these issues, Mr. Berman just said "thanks for the feedback." No apologies. Didn't seem to care about any of it.

Every week when Christopher and crew come out, I know exactly when they are going to be there. My lawn always looks great, they take special attention to make sure every blade of grass is given the same amount of care. They cut, edge, and blow the driveway off. Everything is done every time. Love these guys!!!

Chris has been doing my yard for about 2 years. Suddenly he stopped. I emailed him and no response. This also happened with a friend of mine. He stopped doing hers and never returned her calls. I understand when lawn services want bigger jobs, but just let us know.

I waited until my professional lawn care company representative came to include my backyard for future servicing before writing this review. I'd had Berman's Botanicals install sod there April 4th. Chris left me erroneous instructions on care of new sod - - both my mowing and lawn care companies agreed - he was completely wrong about the watering and fertilizing schedule which he had just scratched out on a piece of note paper. Very unprofessional. I also had to ask several times for a receipt. When I questioned Chris about why they hadn't put round-up down to kill the weeds beforehand, instead of just weed-whacking it, he said that the weeds wouldn't grow thru...that they needed sun to grow! Really?!!!! I called Chris and let him know I was upset about the disinformation he passed on to me. When I told him the lawn care rep said that it would be a constant battle to keep weeds out, Chris's reply was "well, why didn't you have them do the job"? forcing me to defend myself for hiring him to do the work since he came in with a lower estimate. I'm very, very disappointed in this company and in the quality of their work.

Look no further for a professional landscaper!! I cannot say enough about Chris and his work. My wife and I are in love with our backyard. Chris literally turned a blank, empty, dirt filled backyard into an oasis. Grass, stone, hammocks, fire pit, slate, pergola, brick pavers, irrigation, trees, jasmine, lighting, and everything else. Amazing job. Trust me. Don't choose anyone else.

It was for a yearly service contract. Berman's Botanicals Inc come every two weeks. It started in May, I believe. They tried to up-sell me but I turned it down. It seems that they come and they finish really quickly. What stood out the most about them is, you know, they do come every two weeks. They regularly come. More likely than not, I'm not gonna continue with them.

We hired them to do our regular lawn care. Very happy with their service.

Both gentlemen were courteous and friendly. Good communication. Would definitely use again for landscape issues!

He does the job that he's supposed to do. I don't have to stand over the top of them. The price is fine.

My wife & I just bought a house and our landscaping needed some work. The entire right hand side of the house had a major issue with the grading being too high (10 inches) up against the house. We also had a lot of unnecessary vegetation around the property that had to go plus the seller of the home neglected the property the second we put in our initial offer which caused a ton of weeds to pop up all over the place. Most were waist high! After contacting at least 7 different landscaping companies off of Angies List, only 3 made it out to the property to take a look & offer a quote over a two week period. I contacted Chris less than a week ago and he came out to our house right away! His price was fair (not the cheapest) but we decided to go with his company because he knew his stuff and he seemed very motivated to get the job done. They were all out today and Chris & his crew did an amazing job! The second they showed up, they went right to work and the property looks fantastic. We highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Chris and his crew have been providing lawn service for almost a year now Very dependable. I never have to contact him to ask for service.

They show up on time every Tuesday at my facility. They have to come inside as we have a inside courtyard which has to be mowed. Sometimes Mr. Berman has to interact with some of the residents. He is always very polite and helpful to all of my residence. It is a pleasure to have Berman Botanicals working for my company.
