+ -1 moreThe cabinets are taking a long time to build and the lack of instructions slows us down even more (it's not enough to have to glue and square the cabinets). The lack of instructions on all the units is tiresome and especially irritating when they don't supply any instructions. We are getting good at putting the together so we aren't looking for much but when you order a unit and it ends up an add on to the cabinet it should have good install instructions. The cabinets stated as all maple must be the softest maple because we have to be very careful screwing into the cabinets ( the larger screws can go right through if you aren't careful and the small screws actually provided for the drawer slides will easily strip). Luckily the cabinets are looking good installed but I would not use Panda ever again.
Description of Work: We ordered kitchen cabinets from them. We were of the understanding that they were easy assembly just screw together and everything was provided. This is not the case. The cabinets come with all the pieces but you have to build the cabinets using your own glue and screws (or nails) The pieces come with dowels in them you have to pull and glue. You have to clamp and square all the cabinets. If the cabinet has an insert like the trash bins, you get a standard cabinet and a trash bin insert. The cabinet is not marked for where the trash bin sliders attach and the door has the holes for the hinges in it unfortunately the trash bin insert screws to the door and the hinge holes show when you open the trash bin. We received the pantry cabinet but drawers were ordered to go in it. Again you get the standard pantry unit then separate drawer units to go in all unmarked with no install directions.

+ -1 moreThis company is one of the worst. Upon hiring them, it is a nightmare. For a simple bar, it took them five days for the installation. For the granite countertop, I still do not know when they are coming. Please do not use them for any service. It will be a nightmare to you as well.
Description of Work: Replace the cabinet of my old bar in the house.

Description of Work: Granite installation in Kitchen and Bath. Originally botched kitchen install but I caught it and they repaired. Botched bathroom but it took me until recently to discover as it was under countertop, they cut granite too long and banged holes (with hammer?) into dry wall to "make it fit". Very unprofessional looking and they would not fix as they said they only guarantee their work for one year. They basically told me to get lost.

+ -1 moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT HIRE PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH. Materials are crappy. We've had our brand new kitchen for less than two months and already several handles have fallen off and the trash pullout broke. Customer service is terrible. Unresponsive. Rude. They gave us a defective design for our kitchen and they charged us more after we requested they fix the mistake.
