Tree Services Unlimited

The problem with this company is not the work they performed, but rather their customer service and scheduling , or lack thereof. On numerous occasions I have tried to schedule service with Tree services. Instead of answering the phone (which they rarely do) you must leave a message on their answering machine. They don't call back. I left no less than 5-6 calls over a 4 week period, and they only called back once to tell me that they were too busy to schedule us. The owner (Rosa) talks to you like she's doing you a favor by accepting your call. Stay away from these people, super unprofessional.

I am very impressed with Tree Services Unlimited. They are a small operation who performs high quality tree work and are very safety conscious while performing the work. Carl was very knowledgeable and professional along with his four to five man crew. The company is fully insured which is a mandatory requirement for contractors who work on your property. They trimmed the trees to my expectations and cleaned and hauled away all debris. Carl took the time to brief me on his company and his safety procedures practiced by his employees. Tree Services Unlimited is focused on customer satisfaction, safety and keeping costs low. Thank you Carl and Rosa for your services and I will call upon you again when needed. I am so impressed with this company, I just can find enough good words to say about them. It is refreshing to see someone take pride in there work and leave my property in the same shape they found it. They removed all of the tree debris that would normally be stacked along the road, you would never know that they were here and cut down an 18 year old tree. Kudos to Rosa, Carl and the employees, you did a terrific job, thank you.

When I called to schedule service, they gave me an estimate of when they would be available and their estimate was right on. I requested a call in advance because of my dogs, which they did call in advance. They also cleaned up and hauled away all the debris, and trimmed a tree that I hadn't even asked them to trim at no extra charge(it needed to be trimmed). After years of struggling to find tree trimmers that would respond in a reasonable amount of time, I couldn't be happier and will definitely use their services again.

After receiving several outrageous quotes from local providers who acted like they didn't even want the business, I came across Tree Services Unlimited. They immediately impressed me with their professionalism. We scheduled an estimate which I received a couple of days later. They price was very reasonable and they provided insurance documentation promptly upon my request. After receiving the documentation I scheduled the work which was performed the next week. They showed up as scheduled and proceeded to impress me with the quality of their work. This company really went the extra mile on my property. They appear to not only care about the customer but also the trees they are working on. Truly a wonderful experience. I will definitely have them back when the time comes.

Performed required service as requested- excellent job. Removed additional stumps at no extra cost. Affordable and easy to work with (through my garden service). ***I have used their services on 2 occasions since the original visit. Most recently I called 11/2014, and was told by Rosa that there was a 2-3 week wait, and she assured me that work would be done in the first 2 weeks of December (I called before Thanksgiving). I called again on 12/12/2014 to remind her. I have not heard back. Needless to say, I have moved on- very unfortunate considering I was one of the first to review this company on Angie's list***
