Description of Work: When we called they responded quickly. They arrived promptly and even advised us is to what to do to help until they were needed again. The cost was on target with what we anticipated.

Description of Work: We hired Total Septic to pump out our system which had not been done for 4 years. They were easy to contact,made a prompt appointment and showed up on time as promised. They found the tank access easily even though the two access points were underneath our lawn. They did a fine job and left the property neat.

Description of Work: Total Septic Services jetted my septic tank junction box when I was very much expecting to have to replace my entire drain field (as other septic companies suggested). Note the septic tank had been cleaned out on an average of once per year, the problem being the junction box, not the inlet and outlet. The problem was a severe back up and solidification of sludge in the junction box, discovered and suspected by Total Septic Services.

Description of Work: We knew we had a problem with our septic. We had the septic pumped - that did not work and then we have a two septic companies come out to the Jupiter Farms area where we live and each one said we needed a new drain field and it would cost about $5000-$7000. Deep down we knew they were not telling us the truth and the problem was something else. We called Total Septic Services and Chris Farris came out. Sure enough he pumped our the septic dug down and the distribution box was completed clogged and cracked due to the pine tree roots that through the years had made it to that area. Chris worked all day at our house and replaced the distribution box with a composite box. He also said our drain field and septic tank were fine for now. He also recommended for us to remove the trees that were the major culprits of our problem down the road. Chris also stated that right now the system is fine and if we pump the septic out once a year that the system should last about another 5 years. At that time, we should replace the entire system due to the other pine trees in the area and that at some point some of those pine tree roots would most likely cause an issue. We will definitely use him in the future.
