+ -1 moreAWFUL, WOULD NEVER HIRE THAT COMPANY. I HAD TWO OTHERS LOOK AT THE JOB. HE IS AN AWFUL PERSON AND PLUMBER.
Description of Work: HE WAS TO FIX THE SINK AND CHANGE THE SHOWER HEADS IN TWO BATHROOMS. HE DOES ONE AND TELLS ME IT STILL LEAKS SO I AM TO LEAVE THE SHOWER HEAD DOWN SO I WOULD NOT HEAR THE DRIP. HE THEN MOVES ON TO THE SINK AND COULD NOT FIX IT, AND THE BEST WAS THE SINK WAS GOING TO FALL IN FROM THE GRANITE TOP. THE NEXT MORNING THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. LATER THAT NIGHT I GO TO THE BATHROOM AND THE TOILET STARTS TO OVER FLOW, I USED A PLUNGER, THAT DID NOT WORK. THE TOILET CONTINUES TO OVER FLOW SO THAT MY BATHROOM HAD APP. 2-3 INCHES OF WATER. I HAVE RATHER LARGE SIZE BATHROOM. THIS BECAUSE HE FIXED THE TOILET. I FAXED HIM I WANTED A REFUND, SINCE I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. HE LEAVES A MESSAGE THAT HE IS GOING TO PUT A LEIN ON MY HOME. STAY AWAY!

+ -1 moreThey were very nice, and I was very pleased with them. They did the work on time and were very reliable and reasonable. It was a very simple job, and he had to unscrew a head on one of the faucets. I bought him a new faucet to put it on for me. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I used Sturgis Plumbing LLC to change out a faucet for me.

Description of Work: Joe not only repaired the fixtures I had called him about, but made several preventative repairs to other areas. Since he was already there, these additional repairs cost me almost nothing at all.
