This has to be the absolute worst company I have ever had to work with in the state of Florida. The Sr. Project manager was a pompous, arrogant, and just plain rude individual who should not be working directly with clients. He took absolutely no accountability for his lack of knowledge of the scope of the work. Blaming it on the Attorney not providing information and a previous employee. Even after the attorney provided him with information on what was supposed to be included, he still tried to scam us out of almost $2,000. He stated on so many occasions how we should be grateful we even got a new roof and that HE won us the case. He stated we didn’t even get charged for using his "preferred" law firm. He stated we should be happy we got a FREE quote on the roof. (Funny we got three other quotes and they were all FREE but he seems to think he did us a favor) I didn’t need to work in a law firm for 12 years to know that when your insurance company denies your claim for something they are legally responsible to cover, you take them to court. Last I checked when you hire an attorney and they represent you in a case and they win the case for you, that said attorney is the one who won the case. I don’t know if Storm team usually "Charges" for referring a law firm but to state that we didn’t get charged for the referral is very telling of what kind of company you are dealing with. To state that the said Law firm works for them just because this law firm represented 6 of their previous clients is also very telling. We are still finding nails in our mango trees, pool, yard all over, even though they said they came with a magnet to clean up. This is a danger to our animals as well as our grandkids and kids. Yes, they used a tarp a couple of times but many times they did not. They had failed at least 3 inspections and even tried to convince the inspector to just let it pass. (We personally talked to the inspector) I could go on and on here but I will spare you the agony and stress this has caused us. Stay far and clear from this Company unless you want to deal with a s*** show. Maybe its just the Sr. Project manager we had to deal with, I don’t know. And yes they still trying to scam us out of money.

They had to remove the gutter guards to preform the job, when I returned home the day the job was done you could see the gutter guards were not properly re-installed, none were snapped back into place,they are just the plastic ones that snap into the front of the gutters and slip under the first shingle. I called them and told them these need attached and left them my cell number so I could be home at the time they arrived, a few days latter my wife saw a truck pull up and a guy was here for like 5 mins and gone, no call to me prior or not even a knock at the door. You could see from the ground they were not into place yet. Well I decided to get a ladder out and do it myself, when I got up there and tried to move the guards I noticed they did not move at all, seemed like they were either nailed or glued to the first shingle. Not wanting to damage the shingle I decided to call them back out so they can see what they caused and get it corrected. So I started to make some calles to them and of course the man that sold me the package and assured me if there was ever any issues he would see they would be taken care of, Brad Herron, was no longer with the company. So I left messages for Katerina at 614-949-8525, Dustin at 614-374-8320 and also their supervisor Craig at 864-2667. Funny how after several month and over 18 calls not one time did anyone ever answer a call, always had a leave a voice message. Couple of time after days one of them would call me and assure me someone would call me and set it up to have the issue resolved. No one ever called or showed up, So I started called and leaving messages again and finally i got ahold of Dustin and he said they looked at the work order and I did not purchase gutter guards from them so it was not their problem. I tried repeatedly to explain that no I did not purchase gutter guards but the ones I had were now attached to the shingle and they do not move. He proceded to tell me that was an easy fix and he told me I need to just go up on the roof and take a pry bar and gently pry the shingle away from the gutter guard. REALLY!!!! Me get out MY ladder and get on the roof and start prying on shingles to try to correct a problem they caused. Very professional response HUH? So then I called my lawyer and he advised I call the supervisor 1 more time, well I did and after him several times telling me how sorry he was that no one was returning my calls it was not their problem since they did not install gutter guards on this job. I again explained I understard this but the ones the crew put back after the roof job are either glued or nailed and he said not their problem. Well here we are, I hired a company to come clean out my gutters this fall and when they arrived they told me they could not clean out the gutters due to the guards being attached to the shingles. They came back out and removed the gutter guards and replaced all gutters with new gutter guards, repaired an area in the flashing that was causing a small leak to the kitchen ceiling and repainted the ceiling.

Badly... one half of a wall was blown out in August and they didn't fix that until late October. The porch roof has been fixed twice now and it still leaks. Phone calls weren't returned, eavespouts were put on one side of the house only.....and one of the fossil rocks I had near the house suddenly went missing.
