Description of Work: We had a new Lennox Air Conditione installed. We are very pleased with the product and with the company who did installation. The estimator and contact man was great and followed up on all the details. The two young men who did the instillation were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. It is a vast improvemen over what was installed just eight years ago!!!!

Description of Work: I called because my a/c stopped working on a weekend. The repairman was there quickly and repaired the unit just as quickly. It turned out I needed a new capacitor. Thank goodness. I will, however, used this provider when I get a new a/c unit which will be in the near future.

Description of Work: This was our semiannual inspection. It was done very well. A year ago when we were told by another A/C servicer that we needed a new unit, we called Denny for another opinion. The tech found a broken motor, which part was in their truck,repaired it for a nominal fee. That is why we signed up with them for a service contract. When we need the new unit, they will get the job.

+ -1 moreAlmost always on time, and even when they are going to be 10 minutes late they will call and let us know. They know I like to ask for particular service guys, because my AC unit is in a tight area, so I prefer the shorter service guys, who I am familiar with. And when I ask for them, they gladly respond "Sure, were happy to do that for you." I complain about other services because they do not always have the same manners and quality of customer service as Stephen K Denny. Our servicer even told us once we needed to get the pest control guys to come because he saw rodent droppings. He cared about giving us real advice.
Description of Work: Regular 6 month service on air conditioner (every 6 months on warranty program).
