Shoots and Roots Lawn and Tree Service

Within a few minutes of the request a person calling himself, Jason, called saying he was from Shoots and Roots and could come out to give me a quote on the repair. A person came saying he was from the company and looked at the sprinkler system and after talking to Jason on his cell phone said they could repair the sprinkler system for $300 and would be out Friday. On Friday no one showed to do the work and when I called Jason he said I misunderstood the date, and he said the work would be done a week from Friday. I told Jason that I would not be home on the Friday the work was to be done, but he said that was no problem. On the Saturday after the work was to be completed I noted that sprinkler system still did not work, and I called Jason who said they needed a part and would be getting it on Monday and would complete the sprinkler repair at that time. By Wednesday no one came to repair the sprinkler, and when I called Jason again he said he did not have the part could not get to the repair until later that week. By Wednesday of the next week no one had come to do the repair and I could not get in touch with Jason, so I called a number I found on line for the company, and a lady named Rachel answered and said she was not at home and would call me back. Later that day Jason called and said he was having phone problems and could not find my phone number. He said he still did not have the part but would be getting it that day and would be at my home the next day to do the repair. Today, is Friday and when I called Jason in the morning he said he was sending some one to do the repair, but by 12:30pm no one had come, so I called him again. This time someone else answered and said they were having truck problems and could not come to do the work today. I told them no to come and I would find someone else. No one ever called me to let me know what was going on. I had to do all the called to find out they were having problems. This process took over three weeks with no resolution to the problem I was having with my sprinkler system, and all I was given from this company was excuses why they did not show up.
