Description of Work: Repair ceiling and walls damaged by water leak.

Description of Work: I scheduled the appointment with them and I told the lady that scheduled it to please bring samples. They showed up for the first appointment 30 minutes late. It was not until I called them that I was informed that they were running late and they also did not bring samples. We had to schedule another appointment and they brought samples of only the carpet and not the padding. The property where the work is being done is not close to me so I had to take time off of work to meet with them again.

Description of Work: Renovation on downstairs of town home after a flood caused by a hot water heater. The process was very long, with glitches along the way, not the contractors fault. I chose not to put the price or cost, I am not qualified to estimate these services. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed.

Description of Work: Stripped wallpaper, prepared (new mud in many places) walls, painted entire interior of home, painted some exterior, repaired/touched up some rusting wall segments outside. Additionally, installed a ceiling fan, replaced cathedral ceiling light bulbs (I don't like heights and don't have the ladder to reach some of the fixtures) and repaired some drywall that a previous contractor had messed up. Also did a little electrical work.

Description of Work: Service Resource Co did extensive stucco work (redoing sections of it on both levels of a 2 story 2800sq ft home), exterior painting, and installed a large custom window that included frame work, and some misc general repair.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal.

Description of Work: We hired Service Resources to perform our Kitchen Remodelling, drywall and Painting work. This was an extensive renovation project that involved replacing all kitchen cabinets, painting the entire house and replacing the drywalls in 1 room (plus lot of little stuff). The counter top for the kitchen was done by someone else. Oscar and Service Resource were the best priced and worked with our aggressive schedule (we wanted it completed by June 15). They did a tremendous job in giving us options and then working to make the concept into a reality. One example that I want to give here - 'the tiles that i put were not the right quality and Oscar worked very hard and convinced me to put better tiles at the same price. He would not let go- got me to put Travertine Tiles'. There were times when I had to call him 6 times in 6 days and he came and fixed problems. These were not problems of his or our making, but things that had to be done. Without charge, he replaced all the face plates on switches, the air conditioning and heating vents, put in the kitchen sink and replaced light fixtures where they were broken. He noticed things, brought it to our attention and fixed them (too numerous to list).

Description of Work: Made a thorough examination and recommendations for the work to be done including an accurate and final estimate. The painters were very experienced and knowlegeable and continually made recommendations in type of paint and colors.. Their skills in prepping and execution of the painting were exceptional.They considered all wishes of ours during the process. I heartily recommend their services.
