Description of Work: RHR Pools INC replaced our pool pump with a Pentair Intellipro high performance pump in 2008. In 2011 we had problems with our pool cleaner and had our local service technition give us an estamate to fix the problem. The Pentair and Jandy certified technition stated the pump was not properly installed with a comunications cable to link the Jandy pool progaming unit with the Pentair pump which voids the Warantee on both the Jandy ($2100) and the pump ($1,200). As well the pool cleaner would not work efficiently until both systems were linked. The work was completed and I was charged for a spare communications cable which I already paid RHR pools INC for in 2008 and never recieved. Robery. I called RHR Pools to rectify the problem and they told me to take my business elsware. Uneducated service technitions Uncertified service techs Poor customer service all arround I have had several other issues with them as well with: installing the spa check valve upside down, ordering parts, and a pool light that was improperly installed and never worked in over 12 years. I had another company fix that as well and it has been working for 8 months.
