Description of Work: Sprayed the exterior of our home to include bushes, trees and lawn. We haven't had mosquitoes since the first time. One thing though buy directly from vendor Anfies charges more under the guise of a deal.

Description of Work: The end date is not a good idea. I called them to check a townhouse I bought and the HOA fees coveedr the outside but apparently not the right company doing the job. Price came out and helped with carpenter bees (HOA Fees should have that covered but again apparently not the right company), found palmetto bugs were getting in the attic because there was no screen on the vent from the NEW ROOF (should have been covered with HOA fees too so roofer not exactly the right company either) and Dan climbed up there to put a screen on the vent, and to spray for the bees. He also told me that the management company needed to cut the palm trees back as they were on our roof here and the bugs were climbing right over. So sent a note to association. It took quite awhile but I was persistent and it finally got done. Aubry and Dan have come to spray and both are professional and very nice. Bill came out one time as I had an issue and Dan and Aubry were scheduled. He was so nice to take the time and make certain everything I was concerned about was covered and what was a concern that was probably more me than them, he handled. I have a pet and they are so careful of him and kind when he is around (a bunny who really took to Dan). They also go into the attic to check out ants, palmetto bugs and mice if there are any. So far I have been lucky with mice / rats as neighbors have them but I do not. The money that was asked to be listed covered all they had to do with the bees, vent, and setting traps in the attic incase there was mouse. I have kept them for a monthly fee because I cannot seem to be without ants, neighbors say the same. I would have hoped that after living here a year that would have been resolved by the HOA fees and the company they use but apparently not. Had ants upstairs and down again last month. Not even in the kitchen just everywhere else strangely enough and Aubry came out and handled it very well. Jon's consulting me on what they would do originally was free and I learned a lot about pest control and things I had not noticed or looked for until we talked.

Description of Work: Came out and got rid of the fire ants all over our yard - the treatment works for 6 months. I've seen a few stragglers, but we haven't been bit since.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but was certainly blown away from my initial first contact with Manager/Owner Jon Charney. The service provided was not only professional, but informative and most importantly EFFECTIVE!! I highly recommend anyone in South Florida to utilize a great local company...Price Termite and Pest Control.

Description of Work: We have monthly service. The technician sprays the outside of our home to prevent any pest problems ... She is very thorough and pays close attention to our needs.

Description of Work: Price Termite and Pest Control has been awesome! They come out every other month to preform the service and will come out in-between if necessary- and it never is! They have installed and monitored our termite monitoring system as well. I can't rave enough about how awesome this company is and how great they are at what they do!
