+ 0 morePrecision Glass came out to do an estimate in the morning on Fri Aug 26 and we were under the impression that an estimate will be provided by end of day. We called them on Monday morning and received a return call indicating that estimate will be provided by end of day; 2 more days have passed - it's Wed Aug 31 and no estimate received yet. Not sure as to the cause of the delay, but we decided to give the business to another company.

Description of Work: We used Precision Glass & Mirror to install frameless bypass sliding glass shower doors in our master bathroom. They were on time for every appointment. They gave a competitive bid. They did a very good installation job. During installation, they noted one door had a small scratch in the glass and ordered a replacement door. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Since this was a fairly large mirror ( 42 in X 58 in ) I was impressed that the installation only took 15 minutes to complete! When you know what you're doing, it shows. Description of Work: Replaced 1 shower door that ruined my hardwood floor due to leaking. Waterproofed another shower door which was a "just for show". Apparently, it was not meant to be used.

+ -1 moreThe installer arrived promptly, took careful measurements and also analyzed the situation carefully. A few days later, two installers arrived with the mirror which fit perfectly. Although the space was very restricted, they did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly. They also removed and replaced an obstructing light fixture. Zero problems!
