Job was completed on schedule. Beautiful job done by very talented crew. This contractor did our guest bathroom a year earlier and my husband and I knew we wanted Jess to do our second one.

Job was done on time for the quoted amount. They also recommended a good roofer to repair around where the chimney was removed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

We had a house break-in through my sliding patio door; Jess was helpful in deciding on a plan to making the repairs. They began the work promptly and finished the work on time. As they removed the old doors, they found rotten wood and studs. They rebuilt the door frame and supports for the new "High Impact" slider. They painted the trim and cleaned up as they worked. We are very satisfied and thankful for their services in acquiring a secure, high impact door after our house break-in experience.

Jess was a pleasure to work with. We discussed the details of the project and Jess made a number of excellent recommendations. Jess and his team, worked diligently and carefully as they progressed through the project. Because we are living in the house, we had to complete the project over a period of a few days so we could move furniture around, etc. They were very accommodating. They cleaned up and straightened things out after each day's work. Overall, the installation turned out great. Based on his effort and quality of work, I believe Jess treated this installation as if it was going in his own home. We love our new floors and highly recommend Jess and is company.

I own a wood siding home. Over the years, portions of siding have eroded and leaks have developed around windows causing window trim and siding to rot. If ignored, the rot could cause extensive structural damage, so I called Jess Pitts of Precision Contracting LLC for consultation. He promptly met with my wife and me to discuss our concerns and gave me a cost estimate to repair and replace the rotted wood, including the removal of all debris. The day work began, Jess arrived with his professional crew well prepared to handle whatever job was needed. He brought along a portable tool shed packed with several pro tools and materials and knew precisely how to operate each one with ease. After witnessing his team for a while, it was evident to me that Jess's work is his passion. I was left with the impression that Jess treated my home with the same care he would treat his own. During this time, termites were discovered within a section of an exterior wall board. Jess worked with me and the termite control company to help prevent future termite damage to our home.
