Mike arrived on time and unclogged the storm drain as promised. Price is not cheap but I am glad my problem is solved quickly and without further surprise. Mike also taught me how to deal with roots to prevent the drain from clogging again, and that’s highly appreciated.

Rich returned my call promptly, sent someone out who arrived at the stated time and resolved the clogged drain line issue. I'm very satisfied with his service and pricing and will definitely call him next time I have a plumbing/drain problem.

Richard is an accomplished plumber whose work is impeccable. He came here two weeks ago and replaced my 10+ year old garbage disposal. Because of the professional job he did, I hired him to come back Thursday to install 2 Moen Bathroom faucets. His prices are very competitive. Not only did he perform a 5-star installation, but he cleaned up the areas under each bathroom sink! I will hire Richard again when another ‘Plumbing issue’ rises up!

Richard was called late afternoon yesterday and made an appointment for next day after 12:00. He was right on time, looked at the problem, solved it in less than an hour. Very impressive service. He was very neat and cleaned up very well. I would recommend him highly, and would call him with any plumbing issues in the future!

I am an extremely happy customer. Richie came in and replaced my 20 year old water heater with no issues. He even routed my water lines to the heater the way I wanted them which was different from the way they were. Very nice gentleman. I would give him 10 stars if I could. TERRIBLE! After his initial visit to assess a simple plumbing project, we decided to hire Richie due in large part to his great reviews here. He said he ordered the parts he needed, and we have since scheduled six appointments over ten days for him to complete the job. Each time, he has failed to show. Failed to call. No nothing. He seemed like a nice, honest guy at first. But such a disappointment. I just don't get it. Given our experience, I'm shocked by all the five-star ratings. This guy couldn't show up for his own funeral.

My tenant said he was professional. He did send photos before and after the fixed.
