Tony Panebianco formed PB Built in 1996, after recognizing a real need in the South Florida market for a true luxury custom home builder. As President and principal owner, Tony Panebianco, a third generation builder, has over 20 years of residential and commercial contracting experience and during his very accomplished career has built over 1 million square feet of commercial and retail space and over $100 million in residential new homes since PB Built was formed. Tony is a past member of the Board of Directors of The Associated General Contractors of America and is a current member of the Gold Coast Builders Association. When asked why an individual or family looking to build a custom estate home should choose PB Built, Tony responds “The majority of builders spend eighty percent of their time selling themselves and their homes, but at PB Built, we spend eighty percent of our time managing the construction of the homes we build in an attempt to achieve perfection. When was the last time you saw the builder owners personally overseeing the construction of a home? I am personally on each homesite almost daily, making sure the construction is up to our extremely high personal standards. I build each one as if it were my own. Each contractor goes through a scrutinizing series of interviews, bids and confirmed references before being awarded an opportunity to work on a PB Built home. When it comes to customer service, PB Built operates on a higher plane. Using specialized software, PB Built allows their clients to view the status of their homes’ construction online, including regularly updated photos. Clients even have the opportunity to review option selections online, which is just one small part of their incredible design and color out process that leaves every detail up to the homeowner’s imagination. PB Built homeowners quickly learn that they have truly become part of the PB Built family. Throughout North Palm Beach and Martin county PB Built has constructed many of the incredible homes that are found in some of Florida’s finest communities.
