Paul Stetson Pressure Cleaning

Great job, sold me on cleaning whole exterior house plus driveway, and results were great. Although a little more than I wanted to spend, they worked very hard until it was dark, at times in the rain. I would use Paul Stetson again.

Paul did an excellent job and was very responsive to questions....promptly complete job. Would use services again and recommend to others.

Paul came on the day that we had agreed on. He used a chlorine solution to initially remove the mildew and then finished up with a rinse using a pressure washer. The job was reasonably priced and we will invite him back in the future based on how clean our house looks today.

He was pressure washing in the pouring rain. He worked really hard. Did a great job.

I had an oak tree trimmed and a sea-grape bush cut back. Both were done very well. The oak was given a nice rounded shape provided by an amazing tech named Jesus.

And yard. I really don't have time for all these questions. All I want to let you know is that we always use this company every year and we have nothing but good regards for him and his company. We have been very happy with Paul Stetson and his team. When you live in South Florida, everything gets dirty and once or twice a year you need a professional to come along to pressure clean your roof, house, windows, patio, pool deck, shed, etc etc. etc. They always show up when they tell you they will and they do a great job. When they are done, it's like you have a brand new house and now you are really ready to have guests over. I love this company and I will use them always.

Mr. Stetson himself came the same day to provide a written estimate. The work was done on time. The price was reasonable. I received good advice about certain items to be cleaned. The the house looked remarkably better afterward. This is a quality business that cares about customer service.

This is about the 5th time we have used Paul. He comes and covers all outside outlets before starting the work. Moved all outside furniture before and after the work. Great vendor who we have suggested that our friends use. Very reasonable pricing.

Excellent . Prompt on time. Did more that expected because he also cleaned and pressure washed the entire house as an extra bonus. Very happy and this is my 5th time using Stetson and always happy with the end result. I will keep using this company for many years to come!!!

Paul and his assistant were prompt and did an outstanding job. Although I contracted for only the driveway and sidewalk, he also pressure washed the gutters and downspouts. The driveway and sidewalks were badly stained and he paid extra attention to removing the stains. The driveway and sidewalks look almost new!

If you would have seen the black mold on the deck and driveway, the green yuk on the windows, the spots of mildew on the doors, you'd have thought his task impossible. It is now spotlessly clean. He took all the time he needed to do the job right. This is the second time we've used him. We find him fair and a very nice person. Will definitely use him again.

This is the second time we have used Paul Stetson Pressure Cleaning with excellent results. Contacted them about two days before to schedule the appointment. They were running a little late the day of the appointment but Paul called to notice us and explain. They arrived about an hour later and covered all exterior outlets, switches and intercom speakers. Asked them to rinse the plant material completely so it would not be "burned" by the cleaning solution and they gladly did this. Process took about 3 hours and they did a very nice job. Will use them again.

Great experience with Paul and his company. He came to the house and provided a detailed written estimate. We scheduled a date and his crew was at the house on time as promised. They sealed all exterior outlets, switches and other electrical connections before starting work so as not to damage electrical circuits. they pressured cleaned the complete exterior of the house plus all the pool area equipment pads and stepping stones around the sides of the house, Also cleaned some areas around the pool where mold had started to grow. They move pool furniture and door mats so as not to damage them and allow for a more thorough job. After completing the cleaning he rinsed the windows off to remove spots. Really good job and he was substantially less than other firms I had used in the past. Will certainly use him again and refer him to our friends.

This company is the best of its kind in our area. It has been cleaning our roof since we moved here 17 years ago. Paul arrives on time, works fast and carefully, has proper equipment, and does more than he contracts for. He takes real pride in his work and does a beautiful job. He cleaned our patio today (as described above) and did a fantastic job with a 12x12 orchid slat house in our side yard a month or so ago. It was very disreputable looking from mildew, etc., and now looks brand new. The thing that makes Paul's service unique--and especially long lasting--is that he applies liquid chlorine to the surfaces, killing the mildew so common to this climate instead of just blasting it off and having it grow back quickly. Nothing has ever been damaged at our house with this process. I can't recommend him highly enough for providing a quality job at a reasonable price in a very competent and professional way.
