The office staff is friendly and efficient, and service calls are scheduled in a timely fashion. The service technician has always been on time, and provided detailed information about the products he used, as well as useful information about other steps a home owner can take in the ongoing battle with the South Florida pests that want to live in our homes.

Description of Work: I had an emergency bug issue and called this company. The salespeople came out, mis-identified the insect, charged me 258.00 for 2 spraying visits, tried to then sell me monthly services I did not need. The tech they sent over sprayed once around the area, could not tell me what the insect was, even after taking a sample back with him. He said to call him in 2 weeks so he could come back and spray again. I scheduled the second appointment with the staff, and needless to say, he never showed up for the appointment. I called again, and was told it was an error, they re-scheduled. I was out of town that day, and my friend let him in. He took it upon himself to decide he wasn't going to spray on this visit (PS there were still insects all over, even after the first time he came and sprayed). I called back and told the receptionist that I paid for 2 visits, and still had bugs in the room, why didn't he spray again? They agreed to have him come back out. I had my family there waiting for the tech, a 9:00 appointment, and once again, he never showed up. I called the office at 9:30 am and they put him on the phone! I asked why wasn't he at my home? He was OBNOXIOUS! He stated he was out the previous day, never saw the work order! I asked him couldn't he have called and told me he wasn't coming at the scheduled time? (He wasn't coming at all) He was so condescending and nasty, basically telling me there was nothing he could do to help me, and what did I expect from him, some "Hocus Pocus"? So he basically took it upon himself to ignore a work order, decided he was not going to give me what I paid for. I was appalled. He basically told me to get lost. I called the manager, and left a detailed message asking him to call me back, and he never did. I called the owners phone number and her voice mail is conveniently full ALL the time. I have filed a better business bureau complaint against them. They are horrible!

+ -1 moreSo far so good. Did it take care of the issue? Time will tell. Palm Coast responded in a timely manner, called me ahead so that I knew when to expect the technician and appeared to have experience with this problem. The technician impressed me as knowledgable.
Description of Work: He applied a liquid chemical to exposed wood in my closet where the ceiling, part of the walls, and part of the floor had been removed due to damage from subterranean termites. He also sprayed in a closeted area where the hot water heater was. He injected chemical into the ground around the perimeter of my trailor at approximately sixteen inch intervals.

UPDATE: Hired these guys again because we were having an ant problem after extensive renovations to our kitchen - and commercial ant baits weren't working. They came once, and the ants are gone. And they were sensitive to the fact that we have a little dog and worry about her exposure to pesticides.

+ -1 moreI called to have someone come out and look into animal droppings that were found by an inspection in the attic. I called on 4/4 and spoke to the receptionist who took my info and said Troy would call me back to set up a time. I never heard back and I call back again explained what happened from the day before and she assured me that Troy would call me back shortly. As of this moment (2 hours) after my 2nd call, i still have not heard back from either of them. Very hard to use someone's services when you dont get calls back to schedule them. You shouldnt have to chase them down to then hire them and pay them! My time is just as valuable!

+ -1 moreWe have 5 dogs and had some issues including finding small ticks inside the house. We decided not to have them treat the inside of the house as it would add extra expense and we had some materials of our own that I could apply including Frontline Spray for around baseboards where the dogs hang out inside the house. The applicator showed up on time and did the work quickly and thoroughly. We had them come back at our convenience and treat the yard again a couple weeks later. I'm not going to say all our problems immediately vanished but we have since regained control of ticks and fleas. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
Description of Work: The applicator treated the back yard for ticks and fleas using a truck mounted sprayer and a hose and nozzle type sprayer. Job was thorough and it took no more than abouty 30 minutes from start to finish.

They are adequate, I haven't experienced anyone else. The man was knowledgeable with different kinds of ants. They call up to make sure you are home.
