Initially, I thought that the job was ok. There was some overspray but I thought that otherwise things were ok. Over the past couple of weeks I've been finding problems as listed below: -they did not paint the rain troughs or the fascia boards -they broke the glass on a new lighting fixture and didn't tell me about it -they draped a gas lamp with plastic, which caused the plastic to melt on the lighting fixture. I am having a great deal of difficulty getting the melted plastic off of the glass. -they did not paint the railing around the windows -they got paint on my new Goodyear hoses which are attached to the front and back garden -they got paint on the new outdoor lighting We have been talking with them via text about the problem with the rain troughs and fascia boards, but so far no luck.

The quality of their workmanship was not good and the guy was slightly arrogant. They had to paint up against some walls that remained a different color and they didnt do a good job at all. My wife actually ended up re-painting some of the walls herself.

Doug and his did an awesome job painting the interior of our home. After interviewing several other companies we felt that Doug was the most trustworthy and professional of all of them. They were AWESOME! I met with Doug after I finally went to closing on this foreclosed house. It had been basically gutted and emptied of EVERYTHING! We discussed repairs, replacements, colors and time frame. I was going to be coordinating everything from New York and Doug made me feel so comfortable and unworried about that being possible that I knew immediately he was the person for my job! Schedules also had to be coordinated so that all the work and restorations would be complete before me and my family arrived for the holidays. Doug and his crew went above and beyond anything I even realized would be involved with a project of this scope! The repairs he did were flawless and the painting absolutely gorgeous! Doug and his crew had complete access to my home with me being 1800 miles away and I never once had to worry. He was even kind enough to coordinate deliveries for me of things I had shipped to the house to prepare for the holidays. Doug took before and after pictures every step of the way because I wasn't there to see it for myself and even created an online picture album for us! His professionalism, cleanliness and courtesy were beyond compare. I can not find enough great things to say about Doug and his team to do them justice! In the course of the 2 weeks of repairs and painting that were done to the house, I discovered that Doug has many other talents beyond just painting. We ended up hiring Doug for the balance of the restoration work. He and his wife Donna stepped up to the plate and rearranged their schedule with their other jobs in order to finish my house in time for my family's arrival to spend Christmas in Florida in my new home! They spent the next 3 weeks there. I spent hours on the phone with Donna helping me with choices on everything from faucets to vanities to cabinet colors and finishes! They remodeled and replaced all the bathrooms including tiling floors, installed new closet systems throughout the house, completely remodeled the kitchen including beautiful new cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances and their installation, replaced carpets and every light fixture in the house. We have already hired Paint N Moore to now do the exterior of the house before we return again in February. We highly, highly recommend Doug and his Paint N Moore crew!

Working with Doug and Donna was hands-down the best experience. I called them on a Friday, they were here on Sunday. They arrived early and worked late to get the job done. They were instantly responsive to my inquiry. They knew I was on a tight deadline and made it happen by coming in on the weekend. They were clean, courteous, professional and perfectionists. They expected the job to take one coat of primer and two coats of paint. I found out after the fact that he needed an additional 2 more coats of paint and worked many more hours to get the job done. He didn't even charge me more than he quoted and wasn't going to mention it except for when I asked how many coats of paint it took. I trusted him with a key to my office and he worked through the night to get the job done. When I saw the amazing job they did with one room, he came back another day to paint a large wood window in my office from a wood finish to a glossy white. I asked for a glossy white look and he made the window look like it on a yacht - with the perfect white gloss finish. I hope to have many more jobs and rooms for them to paint! I would have no hesitations ever recommending them to anyone looking for quality painters who not only do a flawless job are an absolute pleasure to work with. They were excellent. He was very neat and professional. I can't say enough good about them.

We were extremely satisfied with the job. Doug and his staff were wonderful, thoughtful, competent people to work with. We purchased a home that was very poorly painted with difficult dark/bright colors. They worked tirelessly to cover all areas. The did a lovely job in our home and they go the extra mile. They are also very "clean" painters. Doug also assisted us with working with our independent tile layers, so the work was coordinated and finished on time. There was nothing we asked for that was not done and always with a smile. His wife, Donna also assisted and we enjoyed her immensely.

They did a great job. We had trouble with one room, where the paint wouldn't cover an old color. They went out and bought a different product after eight coats; it worked after one coat. They showed up every day, but not necessarily exactly on time. The work was done very well.

I turned down lower estimates after meeting Doug. They made such a good impression and I was relieved that I didn't have keep calling for more estimates. They started soon after our first meeting and were done in a week. After the painting began and progressed in to the living area it was thought the color I had chosen was going to be a little too dark, they stopped and called me at work for the OK.They were right, the next day we switched colors. Since then I have had compliments on the immaculate paint job. Will be calling on them again.

Met with Doug and his wife for estimate. Immediatley knew they understood what was needed and would perform the work as if it were their own home. The work was performed professionally. All that was discussed and contracted was completed in timely fashion. Would definitly use them again.

In a word, OUTSTANDING!

We needed someone to paint the entire interior of our new home within 48 hours due to a last minute closing. We received estimates as high as $5000. After explaining our situation and our budget constraints to Doug, we thought he'd be on his way. Instead, he and his wife, Donna, came to our house anyway to see what they could complete within our budget. They were unable to get a crew together last minute, especially since it was over a weekend. Being the professionals that they are, Doug and his family completed the job. They stayed overnight in an empty house working until the sun came up the next day and then returned again that afternoon to finish the job. The paint colors were wonderful and their advice about the colors I had chosen was spot-on. Their work is meticulous and they went above and beyond what we agreed to in our scope of work. Additionally, Doug and his family are some of the nicest, most prompt and professional people I and my husband have ever met. We would not hesitate to use their services for any of our home improvement needs! We highly recommend Paint N Moore!
