Mass IT Consultants has been servicing the MA, RI, and CT area since 2007. We are now branching out with the use of Angie's List. We work with users at their homes and companies such as doctors offices and HOAs. Whether you have a virus or malware, need to get the most out of your computer, need backups, Internet outages, etc... we can help. If you are a company and are looking for that solid resource to act as your IT department, we are there for you too. We can monitor the health of your computer systems and networks to see issues before they cause you any problems. As well as help with your day to day operations. I was very pleased with the service and his response was immediate. Although he works remotely you can have a face to face meeting or discussion using FaceTime or Skype. I have used this service many times and have recommended them to my colleagues.
Description of Work: I had a virus, my directory was stolen and hundreds of Spam emails were going out under my name. John guided me online to download cleansing software, got onto my computer remotely and made sure that all my security setting were activated . I was up and going in an hour.
