+ -1 moreMagland is the best. They have a professional staff and Carolina and Gustavo are the best at landscape design. I went to work in the morning with an ugly yard and I came back in the afternoon to a lush oasis. If you are looking for perfection call Magland. My neighbors are already calling them.

Description of Work: My overall goal was to maintain my home yard and flower garden Gus owner of MAGLAND was great with planning and initially he was prompt to buy plants and new pots, plant pots and yard with flowers and bushes. His crew dug up old drain tile and installed new PVC pipe. I am very happy with all his deconstruct and reconstruct work for drainage and foundation. But I stressed to Gus that maintenance was my greatest concern. I signed up for a service maintenance contract which I considered high cost. |Once a month $190 |Every 2 weeks $300 |Every 2 months $250 |Emailed Gus in September 2013 with my intent to begin maintenance in October 2013 once per month and by January most of the beautiful plantings and flowers were dying and dried out. By February still no maintenance and Gus said it was due to confusion he did not receive notice of my request which I do not understand as my email account shows he received it. I am a small account so maybe that is why this did not work out

Description of Work: They have done landscaping, paver work, outdoor lighting, and lawn irrigation. They return for fertilizing and other services as we request.

+ 2 moreMagland Landscaping was on time, they knew what needed to be done and their work was perfection. You can't find too many landscape companies that go above and beyond like Magland. I highly recommend Magland to anyone looking to landscape their yard or give their existing lawn a new look.
Description of Work: Magland Landscaping cleaned up my yard, they trimmed bushes, fertilized the lawn, planted annuals, injected my coconut palms and made my lawn look stunning. What a difference!
