We purchased a new (old) home last December and the home inspector notified us of the old cast iron pipes. Initially we didn't think much of it but my neighbors next door and across the street had problems over the past year that required tunneling under the bathroom and cutting the floors out in the rest of the house to replace the pipes. That was not an option for us since our house has been completely remodeled and all the floors are brand new. We decided that relining was the only option. I am an environmental engineer and have dealt with in situ pipe and manhole repairs on several occasions. I did my research and contacted several reputable companies in South Florida. Dan, the owner, and his crew were outstanding. The cast iron pipes under our home were falling apart and creating sewage back ups. Dan lined our pipes, literally creating new pipes. We never lost the use of our water overnight. Dan explained everything he was doing before, during, and after the work. We made a great choice using Kwik Plumbing.
