Representative showed up as planned, suggested the necessary system and I agreed. I made countless attempts to contact someone regarding when the install could be done as well as give me the cost. No one ever returned calls. Finally after 3 months I received an estimate as well Ashley a bill in an email for $65.00 this was for the estimate to be performed? I immediately called to question why no one had returned any of my calls from 3 months earlier and also to question why no one had informed me that there was going to be a fee of $65.00 to provide an estimate? Well time changes nothing, I left several messages over the next 3 to 4 months for the "boss" Tony Caliendo and none of my calls were ever returned. My last contact with them was exactly 1 year after the estimater was at my house, it was a call from there accounts receivables dept. wanting me to pay the $65.00 estimate fee. The woman that I spoke with was very apologetic for the company not getting back to me, and would try to have someone get in touch with me. Well that was about a month ago and I still have no t heard from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this company.
