The owner Ron is either a snake or a idiot. Don't quote someone $250 and change the price to $650 on arrival. Your reasoning being you didn't know it was a lot of dirt. We talked on the phone about a 20 foot pile of dirt 4 feet high. You said you have been doing this a long time. You didn't know that was a lot of dirt Ron??? I hired 4 guys to complete a job today and it would of been done if Ron didn't call me this morning and sell his "service." I had my four guys do unnecessary work waiting for my Junk-it appointment at 12. When the driver showed up he called Ron and changed the price to $650. I asked him for a truck for one hour and 2 guys. The price was $250. What changed? Now not enough time in the day for my guys to finish the jobs with our own trucks. I have to hire more people tomorrow. Complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your time with Junk-it they are complete junk... Thanks for nothing Ron.

They were very courteous and got the junk I had out of here and "on-time".

I had agreed on a price for the removal and when the guys arrived the price was twice what had been agreed to. After some bickering with the Sales Rep they came down to almost the original price but that was after I told them to leave. Very Uncomfortable situation. Aside from that the guys were very nice, fast and efficient.

The two guys who came to remove the previous tenantâ s old sofa showed up right on time. They were challenged because the old sofa came with a queen size bed. They were kind, courteous, and fast. I had a great experience with â JunkItâ and would fire then again in a heartbeat. Great company!

Junk It helped me finalize my move from my apartment. I had already moved into my new home but there were still many things (most of which I no longer wanted) that were left in the apartment and two garages. I was overwhelmed by the thought of sorting through and throwing away thing. The driver and assistant at Junk It made this process painless as they assisted me in the clean up/removal process. I honestly could not have done it without their assistance! They were very professional, patient and caring. I am extremely impressed with the service they provide and I have already recommended the company to several people. This is the only company I would use for removal of unwanted items.
