I contacted J-Town after another company (from Angie's List) failed to contact me as promised with an appointment time. After waiting all morning for the other company's phone call that never came, I contacted J-Town. He answered his phone, I didn't have to leave a message. He arrived in less than 2 hours and stayed until the job was done. I knew it was a very frustrating difficult wiring job. He stayed cool, and calm. He even left during the job and went to a A/V store and purchased some hardware I needed to to complete the job. He was honest about his abilities and potential to help me. He was fairly priced and I would refer him to friends and family.

He is great. He does have trouble returning calls.

I called them Sunday, he called me back on Monday to tell me he is on a big project.He knows what he is doing, and does good work but he is so busy that you need to be prepared to allow some time to schedule an appointment.

Ricardo is an experienced "wizard". He gave us a solution over the phone and didn't charge us a service fee. We were so pleased that we chose to send him a check for $50. We will be calling him anytime we need professional assistance.

Ricardo, of J-town Computer made a valiant effort to repair my laptop display and to keep my costs minimal. After exploring every possible avenue, he determined it was most probably a problem in the mother board. Not worth replacing considering the cost. He charged me only for the cost of the parts needed to rule out certain problems and while we waited for those to arrive, he had loaned me an external monitor so I could use my computer in the meantime. Ricardo was very courteous and helpful. He apprised me of every possible path we might take during the process and took no action without my permission. He always answered my calls promptly and worked with me to make everything convenient.

Ricardo did an excellent job at getting to the bottom of my computer problems in a timely and efficient manner. He is a professional and competent technician with reasonable prices and takes that extra step to make sure the job is done right. Highly recommend him for your next computer issue.

I couldn't get all my wireless equipment to sync-up and put a call into Ricardo. He returned the call promptly (on a Sunday), discussed the issue and made some suggestions. We scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon, but after I discussed Ricardo's suggestions with my husband, he was able to do the work. As a result, Ricardo and I cancelled the Monday appointment. Ricardo was professional, thoughtful and helpful. When we have another issue, he'll be the guy we call for the fix.

my laptop burnt up and Ricardo was very honest and fair. He told me what NOT to buy in the future. He copy all of my files onto a disc so that I can use them on my new pc. Thanks Ricardo!!!

Very well. He fixed the problem and made suggestions for future prevention. He goes beyond the call of duty in service and repair.

Ricardo is the owner and that is who I dealt with. A straight shooter, honest, on time and polite. He went the extra mile to get the job done which took much longer than we both anticipated because of issues with capability trying to match old equipment to new. This was not the fault of J Town but something we discovered during the job. Ricardo had to leave the house to go and buy the correct stuff we needed, he went on his time and gas and got it for me and came back and completed the job. Everything works fine and he told me if I ever have any issues to contact him no problems. Very nice person, knowledgeable and price was exactly what he said it would be. Highly recommended!!!

I figured I could have done that. He made some adjustments and things but he looked up a lot of things when he didn't know what to do. The improvements that he made were minimal.

He is very efficient. The cost was very reasonable and he fixed the problem quickly. When I got home, I had another issue and he actually came to my home to fix it and he didn't charge extra.

He came as soon as we called and trouble shooted for almost 2 hrs before finding the problem. We will use him again for any computer problem. He was terrific and my husband was impressed with his knowledge.

He’s a personable individual that has 12 years experience in programming. He has full knowledge of the computer and all the intricacies of the hard drive. I will absolutely use him again. He has many good reports on the Webmaster.

Ricardo was able to come to my office on short notice, he was available the same day that I called him but I had an appointment. We decided that he would come on Tuesday at 10:00 am. He was on time and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my system promptly and also figured out why Quickbooks was acting up. Ricardo was polite and friendly and his price was very fair. I've dealt with computer repairmen in the past that seemed to work very slowly to run up the bill. Ricardo was in and out in 90 minutes.
