Description of Work: Painting Proposal

Description of Work: I was getting quotes to paint the exterior of my house (stucco). Gary, who gave me a quote, responded immediately to my request for a quote and provided me with an excellent price on labor only, since I wanted to buy the paint. Steve, who did the painting (two coats) was very accomodating and agreed to several requests that I made to add a third coat of paint to the garage door and the front door. Steve was extremely neat and there was no way I could done such a neat job! Since I bought the paint, they left the cans with us in case we wanted to use the paint for other areas of the house that were not covered under the contract. Would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Description of Work: Stopped by their exhibit at the Palm Beach County Home Shows at the Fair Grounds and the Convention Center. Gary just seemed a cut above with professionalism and appearance. He came to the home, provided a scientific estimate, and did not apply any pressure. I needed a few other things done at the house first before the paint, so there was a delay in my responsiveness. Gary made one strategically timed follow-up call a few months later - again, no pressure. When I was ready, I emailed him and was able to have them come and do the job. They even showed up a day early! No problem whatsoever, I was glad. The painter he sent was a true work horse. He was so particular and worked right around our crazy pets. The painter cleaned up after himself in such a careful manner each night before leaving. The contract was liberal, and I did not take full advantage of one of the items in it. That was my being too nice. This is a top-notch painting company. I would definitely recommend and use again.
