Five Star Bath Solutions of Palm Beach

We had an extensive renovation completed by Five Star bath. Andy and Heide hired wonderful sub contractors who were very nice and more importantly very professional in their approach to the job. In any job of thi scope, problems do surface. A phone call to Five Star always brought corrective action. They were a delight to work with. Thank you Andy and Heide. Our renovation is beautiful. Easy process from start to finish. My installer was Jerel. He was very professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. I?m very happy with the services provided, and Im looking forward to getting my 2nd bathroom done next.

Great service, they replaced wet area in my parents apartment. It took them 3 days. Guys came in did the job in two days super professional covered the flooring and after they did the job they cleaned everything after themself. Will defiantly recommend them to others.

I absolutely love my bathroom! What a complete transformation! The design consultant, Rafael took his time listening to what my vision was for my bathroom and he created a beautiful bathroom on his iPad. Then the project manager came out and explained the entire process. Installation day the installers were professional and clean wearing company logo shirts! The did such a great job. I not only have a new beautiful shower but the installed a vanity, mirror and flooring. Highly recommend this company. Oh and the owners are really sweet and involved to make sure you have a five star experience!

Unbelievable lack of knowledge from beginning to end. Do not hire this company!! Started with not protecting the floor entrance/work area and almost ruining our wood floors, we eventually put our own protection on the floors for the which we should not have to do as paying customers. Then the floor tiles were installed completely crooked and uneven. One of the corners of the floor tiles could literally cut someone’s foot or toe because of how much it’s elevated. Then that brings us to the shower itself, which the product material quality is as cheap as can be, there was already a hole in the base of the brand new material which will certainly lead to water/mildew build up. The caulking lines throughout the entire bath are messy, peeling, cracking, & sticky. I don’t know what caulking material was used but this is the worst/cheapest I have ever seen. We paid upwards of $15,000+ for a professional well done clean bathroom remodel & got something worse than what we could have done alone

What bothered us the most was the absolute lack of care in keeping our home from being damaged. The workmanship and materials were (to be kind), sub-par. Of the two showers we had renovated, one will have to be redone. A six day project took six weeks, and I decided to finish it myself. The attached photos are a small sample of the many photos and videos we have taken during this process. We are very disappointed, and do not recommend. Update 12/12/2024: I was originally prompted to add photos during the review process. However, the photos never showed up in the review, and now there does not seem to be a way to add them. I would have liked to show the poor quality work and materials.
