Andy came on time and was able to repair both the toilet tank and replace the outside hose spigot immediately. Defintily would use him again.

Andy showed up when he said he would, looked at the job and told me that it wasn't broken. So, he gave me his professional opinion and didn't charge me saying "always looking for future customers". I'll call him the next time I need a plumber. Thanks

I called F.A.M. Plumbing this Friday morning @ approx 10:30 and explained to Andrew that I had a two part shower head that was the problem. The Stationary part of the shower head had no water coming out of it at all and the hand held part of the shower head would shoot water out of the top while the button was turned on and when it was turned off water would still leak out of the bottom. I told him I need a new shower head. I asked if could provide the new one and install it or did I need to purchase it and then have him come and Install ittomorrow. He said not to spend any money until he came to see what was actually wrong. He said there would not be a charge for the service call and he could be here in about half an hour. He arrived right on time, covered the area to protect it and quickly got to work. He said that the stationary part of the shower head had a clogged valve. He cleaned it out and it works great. The hand held part he showed me had a cracked connection. He said I could buy a replacement hose at Home Depot for about $15.00 and I could easily put it on myself or he would gladly come back and put it on for me. He cautioned if I did o it myself not to over tighten it. Andrew had my shower working and everthing neat and clean by 11:00 am. It was well worth more than the mere $45.00 charged. I could have wasted alot of money on a new shower head unnecessarilly. It was a wonderful experience to have such an honest and pleasant gentleman work in my home. I called Andy in the morning and set an appointment for that afternoon, He showed up on time. I had a slow leak under the sink. He spotted the problem immediately. The ring threads were stripped. He had the part in his vehicle. I was very pleased with his work,and preparedness. Ted frank

The right side of my kitchen sink was not connected to the left side and my bathroom sink drain looked like an ugly snake. They were inefficient and looked terrible! I contacted F.A.M. Plumbing. The repairman was exteremly knowledgeable. Made several good recommendations outlining various scenarios to resolve our problem. His pricing was very competetive. He pointed out several potential problems we should look into to resolve before they become a more serious issue. He was curtious, punctual, and left no mess.

After my kitchen was remodeled a plumber from another company that was hired by the kitchen contractor tried twice to install my faucet. The first time I noticed that it was leaking and he said it had a defective sleeve nut, so we got a new faucet replacement. When he installed the second faucet he added an extra washer and Teflon tape and he did not install the stop collar so he could not properly tighten this second new faucet either. So then I had leaking and no water pressure since the extra washer caused the Kraus washer to kink up and tear. And the plumber insisted that this second faucet was also defective! We got a third new faucet and this time, luckily, the contractor called FAM plumbing to the rescue! Keith showed up bright and early and immediately got out the install instructions (no one did this before) and calmly took out the old faucet, explained all the things that were wrong and proceeded to do everything just right. No leaks for the first time in the 18 days since the first faucet was installed by the other plumber from the other company! And great water pressure! Keith was so great and experienced and I am so grateful to him for fixing the problems caused by this other company. Thank you so much Andy for sending Keith to take care of us!

I have used this company many time. The owner is friendly, on time, answers the phone and communicates with you at all times. I have used him on multiple occasions, on multiple properties. Always an excellent experience.
