We bought a house in Jupiter in April. The house was wired for surround sound but the former owners took the speakers. Ron & his team installed Bose speakers for us and did a great, neat job. There was still fishing for wires and moving things as we wanted everything in the walls and the ceilings and the last people had speakers that extended from the walls & ceiling. The system is beyond wonderful and they are great people to work with. Very honest and forth coming and patient teaching us about the zones and how to use the system. I recommend them highly as they are professional and quick. You might have a wait as they are in demand here - they have a great reputation already!

Steve arrived on time and sized up the work. He removed the old fixtures and replaced with the new. The old ones were caulked with white (which was ugly against the house paint) and he removed the white and painted the remaining pieces to match the house so he could caulk with clear when the lights were installed. After doing a terrific job, he boxed up the old fixtures so he could remove them. Some of the Styrofoam chipped off and littered the driveway. Steve got his vacuum and cleaned it up. It's not often you get a great job done and have your place looking better than before the electrician arrived!! Hats off to Electrical Solutions!!

They're excellent! They came on time, and they did a better job than I anticipated with the wiring in the wall. They cleaned up after themselves. Also, they were prompt and courteous. I would use them again in the future when needed.

Two of our light switches were shorting out and the lights were flickering. They came within hours of our call and were exceptionally responsive, polite and friendly. They went to a store to get the required parts and fixed the issue. Price was very reasonable.

Electrician Steve performed the work. The ceiling fan to be replaced had a little bent on the base which was not even noticed when the fan was in place on the ceiling thus the fan could be reused. It was replaced only because I wanted one with lights; The ceiling track and lights were in excellent condition but I wanted something different in my dinning room. The two ceiling globes were also in perfect condition but I wanted a look by the living room entrance and on the hallway ceiling. The only item that was ready to be trashed was the plastic light base from the patio. Steve asked me what I intended to do with the items I was replacing and I told him I intended to donate them to one of the charity organizations to sell the items in their shops. He mention that when customers don't know what to do with the items he usually takes and donates them to the Home for Habitat organization. I thought it was a great idea as well so I gave everything to him to be donated. Steve also took all the packaging from the new items with him to dispose of and left my apartment in neat conditions. There were three wall phone plates to be replaced as well but he could not replace them because he did not have the proper tool to perform the job. Hopefully I can find someone who can do that for me in a near future! Thank you, M. Passos

Ron Mocogni the owner came to our house when we were moving to make some electrical repairs. He came himself because his crews were busy on other jobs. He came about 3pm and stayed till late, maybe 8pm. He reviewed the issues and then went out and bought the supplies for us, including fans, lights, switches. Then when he was installing the light, the piece didn't fit so he had to take time to find a solution. Then, In the kitchen, he had to replace the old lights with new ones. This required some construction to get a proper fit. Then he carefully cleaned up all the mess from drywall and wires. There were a few outlets that didn't work which he fixed also. He was polite, friendly and very clean. He was on time and didn't leave till the job was done right. His pricing was very fair.

Problem was fixed. Very professional, on time, very reasonable price. Will use them in the future.

They don't do service as far south as I live in Palm Beach county. I spoke with an extremely nice person on the phone who was very professional. I was disappointed that I reside outside of their service area.

Excellent experience. I called the office and left a message about wanting some work done. Received a call back within the hour to find out what I wanted done. I was given an appointment for the next day. The electrician arrived on time, performed all the work very quickly. Everything works perfectly. The electrician was very friendly, made suggestions about how to accomplish the job more efficiently, and was very neat about cleaning up after himself. Very professional and I will definitely call them again for any electrical work!

Showed up on time. Very friendly and fixed my light quickly. Sauna needed a new breaker which they replaced with one we already had. Told me that my electrical panel should be replaced (its very old) and can be a fire hazard but I didn't feel pressured at all.

Elecrical Solutions Group was contacted regarding the desired light installation. A resonable quote was received and the work was scheduled. The technician arrived on the planned date and within the planned timeframe. The installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. There was an initial mixup on the application of the Angies list discount to the invoice. However, this was quickly resolved when it was brought to the attention of Electrical Solutions Group. Overall we are extremely pleased with the experience and recommend Electrical Solutions Group.

Really impressed by the service and professionalism of Electrical Solutions. We recently moved to southern Florida and purchased a short sale. Even with due diligence, we experienced a dishonest and shoddy contractor - so Electrical Solutions was a pleasant experience. They were a referral and came out to give us an estimate. The estimate was less than anticipated - and they were able to do the work immediately since they had a cancellation. They connected a door bell ringer (where the tiny wires were almost none existent) and installed hardware in the attic to attach 2 lights in the ceiling (kitchen and master) which the previous contractor screwed up. They also caulked another 'goof' left by previous contractor. They took half the time estimated, so my payment was half. They could have easily drawn the work out, but were honest. They were very congenial. I will definitely call Electrical Solutions in the future and refer them to our neighbors and friends.

They were great at what they and knew exactly what they were doing.

Servicemen came out to give estimate. Discussed what was needed left and said we would be receiving an email with their price for the work to be done in about a week. We thought this was rather a long time to wait but were patient and kept looking for the email. We called they said they would get it to us right away. We waited, called again they responded that the job was too big and they were not presenting a quote. Why didn't they tell us that initially so we did not waste two weeks waiting on them.

Ron and Jeff were very polite. They wasted no time and got right to work. They asked me questions and suggested alternatives. Work was neat and professional. Price was fair. I will use them again.

Steve was very easy going, answered all of my questions, picked up parts he needed, and cleaned up after himself. I was extremely pleased with his work and the company.

After carefully explaining the scope of the job and inquiring about cost structure, I was assured that the charges would be $68.00/hour for labor plus the cost of any materials that might be used on the job. Being an Angie's List member also granted me a 10% discount on the total bill. Although I called other companies that were rated well with Angie's List, I ultimately chose Electrical Solutions Group because of cost, good rating and close proximity to my home. Unfortunately, I was not entirely pleased with the outcome. While two men showed up promptly at 8:30 am on Thursday, January 17th, their appearance was not professional and someone, if not both, needed to take a bath. Once they pulled out the new stove, they determined that the 220 outlet could not be moved easily because it was built into a concrete wall rather than just dry wall. They advised me that it would take them at least two hours to drill into concrete and move the outlet, thus driving the cost of the project way up. Consequently, they decided to loosen the outlet, allowing them to turn the large plug with its thick cord. They also raised the feet of the stove and set them on tile, raising the entire stove enough to clear allow the plug into the recess of the back of the stove. While I am most appreciative of the effort to brainstorm an alternative idea to fix the problem, the end result was not entirely satisfactory since the oven still juts out beyond the cabinets almost as much as it did before they came . In addition, it now sits a lot taller than the counter top and too close to the new microwave above the stove. Worse of all, the two men charged me $68.00 for fifteen minutes worth of work. Allowing for delaying trips to their truck and rounding out the time to half an hour, the charge should still not have been that much based on what I was specifically told. When I questioned them on this, they told me that since two men showed up to the job, I was being charged double. That seemed outrageous to me. First, because the job that was done had been modified to something work that did not necessarily need an electrician yet alone two electricians. Second, because I have had the exact job done to completion in my Indiana home by one solitary electrician. No Angie's List discount was also given.

Ron's advice was very helpful especially when he suggested we go together to city hall to pull the permit which saved me several hours or days of work. The job was done by skilled professionals who showed up every day on time and finished in about the time expected.

Both Ron and Jerry were professional and friendly and did a great job - it was easy to work with them.

I contracted another company's work ($1,300) and it will be done Friday, December 14th.

Arrived on time, very courteous, professional and completed the job without any difficulties. Will be getting a quote for additional work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Electrical Solutions, Inc. was asked to provide an estimate because they were highly rated on Angie's List. They were extremely responsive and profession. Jerry, who came to estimate the job, could not have been more helpful. I received their estimate within 2 days. They were not the lowest estimate that we received. We gave the work to another company.
