He was very reasonable, very good, and polite. We have hired him several times and we would definitely recommend him.

Last year when we renovated the 30-year old house (Purchased 04/09/2013) just before move in, Bill installed a new electrical panel and performed other electrical wiring and related services. This is why we called him again this year. So twice now he has performed incredibly well. We are pleased with his technical expertise, his cordial demeanor, professional attitude and honest quotes. We will call Bill anytime we have need of his services.
Description of Work: Our water heater went out and the plumber said we needed a new one but before they could hook-up the new one, the electrical connection had to be hard-wired to comply with the new code. We called Bill and he assured he would come over and perform the work that very same day. He arrived that afternoon and completed the job including a dedicated junction box with a switch.

It was kind of expensive, but he did a good job. I don't have anything to compare him by, everything seems expensive. He was very professional and punctual; he was on time both times he came here.

He was very good and I would highly recommend him. His prices are good and reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

He was supposed to be $425 but he charged me $75 an hour instead. He did not finish the work and did very poor quality work. I got him from service magic and I sent them a big complaint but never received a response. He totally charged me $800. He did not stick to the contract. I had a terrible experience with him.
Description of Work: I used Electric Bill, Incto put new lights in the kitchen and replace few things and fix a terminal.

This customer signed a contract and decided to omit various tasks at which time the costs were deducted. Additional work was required to complete the modified contract, therefore costing more money. The customer called me to ask when I was going to complete the contract. I explained to him, there would be an additional charge because those items were omitted. He did not understand the difference in price. I explained it several times and he still did not understand why the cost has changed and why it costs more to finish the omitted work. I am an honest and hardworking man of my word. I am not out to take advantage of anyone. If you read all of my feedback from Service Magic, you will find excellent references. I am sorry you feel this way, but it was your decision to modify the original contract.
