Excellent service at a fair price. I received a response right away with a quote and day to do the work. The technicians arrived promptly, and were very knowledgeable, explaining everything we needed to know about the system. The new system is much more efficient than our previous one. Edward's Air has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again for any of our A/C and heating service/maintenance needs.

He replaced the part and the system started right up and has been working ever since. I also got a quote for a new system which I feel is reasonable.

My new AC has leaked multiple times and ruined my flooring. Now there is mold. They want to charge me $675 to clean the coil that is spotless clean. This company is a ripoff. Now I am suing them. I saw another post by a guy putting together a class action suit against them that I will be joining. Do not use this company. They are awful.

It was good. Everything went very well.

They did good job, Lucas came in to check on the air conditioner,and then another technician came to do the maintenance, and everything was working well. Lucas was very very nice and very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, the technician did not a very thorough job on the items that were specified in the deal, such as "Inspecting duct work for energy loss" and algaecide cleaner was not sprayed on the inside evaporator coil, etc. and left a mess on the floor. When I called in that late evening to inquire about this, the operator was more interested in having an argument than in resolving the matter. And I did not want the pictures of the equipment to be taken, as I saw no point in dealing with the company that does not fulfill its obligations. Please familiarize your operators with the terms of the deal and stop arguing with your customers, when they have questions about your services.

Excellent. I have been a customer since 2006. All A/C repairs and installations have been done by Edwards Air. The techs are smart, capable and courteous. I have recommended them to numerous neighbors and friends

The ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The newer of the two A/C units had not been properly sealed. Edwards' personnel resealed the unit. The older of the two units was approximately 14 years old and on its last legs. The Edwards' personnel took photos to show the rusted condition. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit. Richard and Randall did a very professional job. The service manager, Douglas, later came out to inspect the work.

They are courteous and professional.

Jim, our technician, did a really great job installing our kitchen exhaust duct. He arrived early and completed the job quickly and skillfully under very difficult working conditions (attic must've been 120 degrees). We really appreciate the great service provided by Edward's!

They come out every 6 months just about. I pay $148 a year. I have had some problems with them on certain things, but I can't say an A because I have had some issues. It was only one certain person. Overall they are pretty good. Their price is good, price is an A. I have had issues with them not getting back to me. I had them fix my drainage on my HVAC unit. One of the guys stepped up on my board and he messed my ceiling up by pushing down. I called them several items on that about repairing it. I was pretty upset about it. Everything else they have done was fine. They installed my whole unit in the beginning. They did a lot of work for me when we first bought the house, and they were great. But a couple years later I had that issue, and they did not get back to me. They come when they say. If they make an appointment they are here. The regular maintenance guys are very professional. The guys the sent that day are not. They are my regular maintenance guys. They only had that issue that one time, other than that everything they had done was great.

We haven't called them since. They showed up. The guy was 2 doors down from me. It was a solid work. I found a new company so I wouldn't use them again.

They came in. They were very professional. They gave me a contract price. Last week or two weeks ago they came over and gave me a free maintenance inspection. In order to keep your warranty, you have to have it inspected once a year but the first time it's free. They called me for the free checkup. They are on the ball.

They were here on time between 11-1. The cost was covered under warranty.

Repair completed within an hour and I was on my way to cool calm & collected! This was the second time over the course of about 12 years that I had an air conditioning emergency. On both occasions, Ed was most responsive and solved my problems quickly.

Edward showed up right after my call, gave me an estimate by the end of the day. Sent a crew member the next day to demo old ducting. They came back the next day and rebuilt the duct in the same place for reasons unknown. Edward apologized and sent the crew back out to take it down and make it right. The rest of the construction was done and I called Edward to send crew with diffusers and install. The diffusers took some time to get so I had to wait until the last few days of my construction deadline for the install. The diffusers were installed except one. I had to call them back to come and install the last diffuser as well as straighten/square several diffusers. There were a few mistakes, however, Edward and his crew were responsive and did what was asked at a fair price.

They offered to let me have time to decide what I wanted to do. They also said they could immediately repair or replace if I was ready to make decision. They started working once I made up my mind. i felt that since my system was 8 years old that I should not bother to repair as I might be throwing good money into old system with not guarantee. They did duct work, removed very heavy old equipment and took it away. They had broom and dustpan and tidied up everywhere they made a mess since there was a lot of debris. They made sure there was not one speck of dirt or dust. They worked very hard. The boss is hands-on and was there in person to oversee the job.

I would like to preface this review by saying we are easy going people and don?t get upset by much and find our brief contact with Edwards Air more bewildering than anything else. Because of the high ratings given to Edwards Air I called to schedule maintenance and to get on a regular maintenance schedule with them. I was a bit surprised at their rates but the scheduling person pointed out that they were rated very highly on Angie?s List and that their service merited the cost. Ok, appointment was scheduled a week away at 1 p.m. On scheduled day, after 1 p.m., I received a call from the technician stating they had ?an emergency? but was finished and would stop for a quick sandwich and be at our home around 1:45 p.m. No worries, I said, enjoy your lunch. 2 p.m., no Edwards Air, ?That must be some great sandwich,? I thought... 2:56 I received another call stating they were still (?) at the emergency call and could we reschedule service for another day? No, going to have to pass on rescheduling. Technician called again offering free maintenance, which was nice but does not give me back the time I lost today. Edwards Air may be a great company but we will never know, as we have scheduled with another company.

I got lucky finding this air conditioning contractor approximately 15 years ago when we bought a house and shortly thereafter needed to find a company to repair our air conditioner that stopped working in the heat of summer. Not knowing who to call, I decided to call the company (Edward's Air) that was on a sticker on the air conditioning unit itself. They came the same day, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and charged me less than I was expecting. I've used Edward's Air for all three of my air conditioners at my house ever since. Living in South Florida, having a good, dependable and trustworthy full service air conditioning contractor is important to me. I have counted on this company for all types of service including regularly scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs on the weekends, installation of new central heat/air conditioning units, duct work in the attic, installation of UV antibacterial lights in the units (works great) and everything in between. I like the fact that in 15 years I've only had two different repairman assigned to my account so they know my air conditioning units and my wife and I personally. I can't ever see myself using another air conditioning sales and service company ever. I've recommended this company to family and neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I got lucky finding Edward's Air. .

All went well. They didn't stop till the item was fixed.

My A/C stopped working on 12/4, sometime late afternoon. I contacted Edwards Air (referenced in Angie's List WPB Edition Mailer) leaving a message to call and schedule an appt for the following day. They called back within the hour to discuss the problem. Before sending a technician out that evening (impressive in it's own right), they asked that I take a few pictures of the air handler and text over to them. After receiving the pictures, it was determined that the "Safety Mechanism" had triggered, indication that the drip pan and possible drainage pipe needed servicing. I was asked to make a slight adjustment to the pitch of the PCP Safety Valve. Once I did, the A/C unit kicked on. Not only did the owner rectify the problem - at no cost - he then referred me to another A/C firm that was in my area for servicing, as they are located in Jupiter, FL and I'm located in Southern Palm Beach County. Edwards was more interested in helping resolve my issue than the almighty dollar. Given the state of the union, and families across the country working tirelessly to make ends meet, I want to thank Edwards Air Enterprises for everything they've done. This was truly a breath of fresh air, and I would (and will) highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for A/C service or repair in their area. Sincerely, S. Smith

They even did extra services that I didn't ask for at no additional cost. Fast, on time with no problems.

They seem to be quick .They came out right away. They seem to do a good job. They fixed the problem and explained what was wrong. We had some stuff that we will need to get more quotes on and so they were able to do a quote for that bigger problem as well. We like them. Their price seems reasonable for me.
