AWESOME! So THANKFUL we contacted East Coast Water Works! From the first email the response was fast, very professional and continuous. Curtis and Emily run a CLASS A business. Very refreshing in this day and age in South Florida! Curtis met with us, made suggestions of what was needed without inflating the job and then provided an itemized estimate. Job was scheduled for the next week, crew (and Curtis)arrived at exact scheduled time, very respectful and neat with little disruption to our property. Great Professional business and work ethic. We will continue the relationship with monthly maintenance and refer them to everyone! The job actually finalized costs under the estimated invoice total! REALLY! They really worked with us! I wanted the work done asap but they were booked so I requested that I be put on a wait list in case of cancellation. Well, my luck, they had a cancellation and was able to do the work. Very pleased with that development. "A" for responsiveness. They fixed the leak and raised the sprinkler heads on in my small side lawn but even though there was only 6 heads, they missed one which required me to do the work. A tad disappointing so I gave them a "B" grade on quality. They quoted $70 labor for one hour plus parts so I was surprised that the bill included $3 toro nozzle replacement plus an additional $25 for materials. I did get 10% off for Angies discount after requesting that they look at the material charges which seemed high. They said: "We used a part called a Slip Fix plus the other material. For breaks we charge flat rates for material that factor in all the supplies, parts and tools." In my opinion, if they have a flat rate for materials, then they should have said that when they quoted me $70. They simply could have said, it is $70 labor AND a flat $25 for materials but they didn't so I gave them a lower score on price (besides the $25 is still outrageous even with the part they called "slip fix"). So I gave them a "B" on price and a "B" for professionalism since they should have been upfront with their flat rate charges. Overall, I am pleased that they were so responsive and fit me in. I will overlook the price and missed head based on that and still give them an "A" grade overall.

I am completely blown way by the service we received. Curtis and Emily are an excellent team. They made the process painless. They handled a difficult permitting problem with professionalism and confidence. Curtis exceeded are expectations with the system he installed. It was well thought out and easy to use. The pipe was broken by a company that was burying another line, and there was substantial damage next to that pipe. It was very difficult to get to, and not easy to fix. East Coast Water Works contacted me as promised early in the morning on the designated day and showed up shortly afterwards, and they did a good job in a professional manner, and I am happy with the work they did.

Provider arrived on time and checked sprinkler system. He cleared around the heads. He installed new sprinkler timer.

The guy was able to find the problem right away. He dug the hole and was able to fix the problem. He was in and out in about an hour and a half. He also cleaned out another section of the pipe I would definitely recommend him.

Our sprinklers hadn't been on for over a year ? breaks in the line ? broken heads etc. Curtis was very: Professional Knowledgeable Responsive to my inquiries Prompt Reasonably priced Due to his experience he was able to get the whole system {1 ¼ acres} up and running in less than 2 hours. Emily contacted me immediately upon submitting the online form for service. Curtis called to let me know when he was on his way. He looked to see what the problem was with the pump. He fixed the issue and tested and maintenanced the sprinkler heads. Curtis and Emily with both very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Was called by wife while out of the country saying our sprinklers were not shutting off. I called Curtis at East Coast and he was at the house within 30 minutes to a**** and repair. While there he went through the entire system to make sure of proper operation. As added value he provided a letter explaining the problem and explained to my wife how to provide the letter to the city in order to get a credit for excess water usage. Needless to say it was comforting to receive such service from a company especially when not able to be there.

After reviewing the positive comments on this site I called the number provided. The women I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I explained the problem and requested an estimate. On Saturday Curtis came to my home and immediately knew what the issue was. He provided me a very reasonable estimate which I immediately approved. On Monday he came to my home while I was at work and made the necessary repairs. He called me and told me the job had been completed and I agreed to meet him after work so we could test the system. All repairs were made to my complete and total satisfaction. He fully and completely answered my questions and showed me how to program my timer. I thought that my timer also needed to be replaced but Curtis told me my timer was fine. I found him to have high integrity and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing sprinkler service. He would call me to tell me he was on his way and was very responsive. He exceeded my expectation.

They were professional, very fairly priced and I would highly recommend them to others. We have gone through a major renovation and they were a breath of fresh air compared to the other contractors we have worked with!

There was a water leak in the backyard of a homeowner last week. It turned out to be a break in the main sprinkler system line. Curtis came out, found the break under the ground, repaired the break, and tested the whole line for system integrity. This major repair was done apart from the days of the wet check.
