We were looking on Angies list for a local (Pompano Beach) sprinkler company that uses RAINBIRD brand...we found East Coast Water Works. This company is great. They keep in touch to let you know when they will be there. He shows up on time...tells you when he is going to lunch...comes back, finishes and then lets you know when he is leaving and when he will be back. The man is so honest, we hired him to put in the rainbird timer so the system does not sprinkle if it just rained and all new heads, plus re-routing some sprinkler lines...he told us when he astarted working, that there was no need to replace ALL of the sprinkler heads...some were already rainbird....so he would clean them out so they would work properly again. Before he started, he gave us a quote and we agreed to the price.... When the job was done he reduced the price considerably because he said it didn't take him as long as he thought it was going to when he figured the quote! Who does that anymore?? We will hire him every time we need any sprinkler work at either one of our properties. We have already told several people in our neighborhood about how great an experience this was. We have our own business and this was a pleasant surprise..a company, like ours, run by people who do what they say they will do...threy are wonderful.

Very courteous service from the time I booked my appointment on the phone to the time Curtis showed up (on time!!!). He was prompt and polite and did the work very quickly. He diagnosed the problems and explained the issues and was able to get the problems taken care of. I would definitely work with these guys again! My only small complaints were that he did not come to me and tell me the price of the work before he went ahead and did it; I would have preferred that he figure out what was going on and ask me if I approved of the work before just doing it, so I could tell him whether the price etc sounded ok. In the end I would have said ok go ahead and do it, but I like to be able to approve of these things before just finding out after the fact what the cost was. I think this is the customer's right. Also, he did leave dirt on the sidewalk around where he did work and I needed to go out afterwards with the hose to clean it up. I would have appreciated it if he would have hosed it down himself, but it's not a huge deal and I'm sure he just needed to get to the next appt. Again, great company and I would definitely work with them again. He accepted a 10% off deal from Angie's List and gave me a great bargain too!

My experience with them was very good; very positive. They were very professional, came at the time they said they would and did it very quickly and effectively. I can't say enough good things. Their price was very good.

It went wonderful and I am extremely pleased with the quaility of work they did. Most importantly is that they listened to what I needed and it was very nice of them to show me exactly what they were doing to fix the problem.

Curtis came out initially to give me an estimate of the work I requested to be done. He showed up on time and called beforehand and provided me with a written estimate. I had already contacted another provider and found that Curtis' offer was the better value so I made an appointment the following week. Angel came out today to do the installation. Again, super punctual and called beforehand. He worked very neatly and accurately. He did a good job on all the fittings and wired it up correctly including proper water tight conduit. He did not rush the work. The entire job did not take him very long at all. The metal-housing pentair pump they installed is much quieter than the Craftsman it replaced. They even smartly plumbed in a hose bib to allow for easy priming if needed. He made sure to wait the correct amount of time for the PVC glue to dry before doing leak testing and he even set the Intermatic timer for me before leaving. Nice work, thanks.

First visit was for the $70 special for sprinkler system tune-up. They replaced a few defective sprinkler heads on this visit. The second visit was to replace our 7-zone sprinkler distribution unit. The wok was doe well.

the technician was very conscientious and made recommendations based upon my needs and even made a couple of additional trips to meet my needs without any hassle or additional charges.

Curtis and Devon arrived at the appointed time, quickly assessed the problems, and dispatched repairs and system tune up promptly. They explained what they were doing and why, made suggestions on how to maintain the system for the future, and charged a reasonable price for the work done. First my daughter and now I have been using Curtis for years. Personally charming, he is always prompt, very responsive, very professional and fair and reasonable in pricing. My system is very old, so he's a frequent visitor and always checks out the entire system. He once found an underground leak I had no idea I had. He solved my needing more irrigation in my veggie garden than in my jungle, by separating out one of my lines and putting a separate control box on it. A huge help for me. I recommend East Coast without reservation (and have to many friends.)

Emily and Curtis are a great team! We just moved into a home and the sprinkler system was functioning but need some love. Emily had me scheduled shortly after contact and Curtis was diligent about keeping me informed regarding his arrival time. The experience was pleasant, professional, timely and was money well-spent. Sprinkler system had not been used in several years and after new landscaping installed, discovered sprinklers did not work. Appt. was made, Curtis and his assistant were punctual and repaired the sprinkler system expeditiously.

East Coast Water Works is one of the best companies I've dealt with while updating and improving my house. Curtis is a true professional and does what he says he's going to do and more. He showed up at exactly the time we had agreed upon to give me an estimate - within minutes he was in my garage fixing the electrical connection from the fuse box to get the sprinkler system running so he could survey what we had on the property. With the sprinklers on, he walked the property several times to assess what we had and what we needed - he's not afraid to get dirty or wet. He told me that he'd send me the estimate within 24 hours and that's exactly what he did - the price was fair and inline with other estimates I had seen. He told me he could get to work right away and we agreed to move forward. On the day of the work, he showed up on time with a helper who was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. These guys didn't waste any time - When I came home from work that night I had an great working sprinkler system and Curtis walked me through everything I needed to know about the zones, timer, etc? Great company and a pleasure to work with. One important thing I want to call out is Curtis' honesty. I asked him if I should replace my old pump (would've cost around $600) He told me that the pump is working fine and let's get as much out of the old pump before we replace anything. It was from that moment that i decided to hire him and I've been incredibly happy with my system and will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything was done really well and fast.

I wanted to install a rain sensor and contacted East Coast Water Works (I contacted several companies on Angie's List but they were the most responsive and informative in their reply) so I made an appointment for their technician to evaluate my system and install the rain sensor. Curtis called me 30 mins ahead when he was certain when he can arrive. It turned out I already have a rain sensor but it's not working properly. He fixed the problem in 30 seconds, and adjusted the sprinkler head in my garden, and did not charge me anything. Will definitely hire them for future works!
