From the initial contact via phone and mail, and the return call to set up an appointment, I was extremely impressed with the staff's understanding of my problem. The morning of the appointment I was contacted by their representative to advise me he was on his way. Excellent work was performed by experienced professional(Angel). He explained the corrective measure he was performing even with my questions. Understanding & Caring he gave me advise on how to increase or decrease pressure on Zone B. East Coast Water Works is exceptional in every way. Thank you.

Had a great experience with this company, called for service on my new house because my sprinklers weren't changing zones. Curtis came out that week and found that it was my timer causing the problem. He got it fixed right away and the cost was quite reasonable. They were a pleasure to work with, I'd definitely use them again. Very nice people.

He called me at noon today and advised me that he not only was able to finish the job on the same day he came out but was also able to find some of the existing irrigation lines and was able to reconnect them instead or running new lines. It seems that Curtis and his team always go above and beyond with their customers. This saved me quite a bit of money as I'm sure some other companies would have rather charged me for all new lines. This is the second time I have used his services as he installed a complete irrigation system in my old residence and I would strongly recommend him to anyone else. As a firefighter, most of the contractors I used that did work on my home came via word of mouth by other firefighters. At work or at home when I hear someone asking about sprinkler repairs or installation I have always recommend East Coast Water Works and will continue doing so.

I contacted East Coast Water Works by e-mail and promptly received a call back. An appointment was made and Angel came on time and called me just like he was supposed to. We discussed the work and he texted me when it was finished. The communication was great and they made it so easy by sending an e-mail that had a link to pay by credit card. This is one smooth operation and I think the price was very fair. My system is working great and I think they were very honest with me.

Called to schedule appointment & was booked the next day. Curtis showed up on time. He gave me a price and work performed immediately. Curtis fixed multiple sprinkler heads & installed a new row of sprinklers.

I sent over a web submission requesting a service call. East Coast got in touch with me the next day and setup for an appointment. As requested, I sent some photos over of the system so they could provide a more accurate estimate. East Coast called again to confirm the appointment and provided the estimate. East Coast called the morning of the appointment to update what time they would arrive and were there within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Everything was fixed as promised, valves were replaced and the sprinklers are working great. I had no issues with East Coast whatsoever, they were professional, reasonable and went right to work. I can certainly see why they have such a stellar record of ratings. Please note: I do not release pricing details as I don't feel it's fair to the vendor to release their pricing. I can tell you the price for the work was well below another quote I received from a vendor who had no problem telling me how busy he was and how he might be able to call me in a few weeks.

Great experience, very knowledgable and affordable. I had a prior estimate from a guy with a different sprinkler company. He took about 6 minutes to walk the property and gave me an estimate for all kids of things I didn't need or ask for. Somewhere in the $800 range. I had a good experience with ECWW so I signed on for a monthly service to keep the system up to date and working correctly.

This vendor was perfect! Not only did they give us a call 45 minutes before they arrived, but the day before confirmed their appointment. Jose and Angel were very professional; showed up on time and ready to work. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly. They replaced our sprinkler pump and timer and went the extra mile to ensure all our sprinklers were placed correctly. Their prices were very fair. I would highly recommend this company and if you can request Jose and Angel!!

I was called the day before and theynotified me of the time for service call. Angel the service man call me early in the morning to let me know that he was on is way. He arrived on time. i explained the problem and he told me that it was in the main valve. He took it apart and found a large piece of plastic lodged in the valve he told me that it did not damaged the valve but prevented from operating properly. we ran the cycle and checked the zones he unclogged two sprinkers that were stuck no need to replace them. Great service by Angel definitely I would recommend this company.

The system is run on a well. I had to hand prime it since the automatic primer was broken which is why I called them. They did nothing to the pump and charged me $340.70 to replace 9 sprinkler heads. I also did not get a free estimate as they state on their profile. I would not recommend this company

Service was great. Was quoted a lower price by the technician than what I was billed for, but the company honored the lower price with no questions asked. Very professional. I would use this company for all of my irrigation needs.

I can fix my irrigation system but didn't have the time so I called them for my new home. Parts cost $70, labor $120. After less than a week I had one pipe repair slip apart b/c he didn't join them with the proper pieces and only dug it 3" below the surface (I fixed it), had one sprinkler head slip off its line (made them come back for that 5 days later), he didn't replace a head like I asked (so I did), and didn't replace one of the sprinklers (so I did that too).

Angel was prompt, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. When the job was done he walked us around the property showing us that all sprinklers were in working order. Would recommend very highly!!!!!

I called on Thursday late afternoon and spoke with Emily and she arranged for a service call the next morning at 10:00a.m.. The serviceman , Angel was professional, courteous and analyzed the problem and provided the part needed. I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them. EXCELLENT.

Great communication via email from the company. Very friendly. Angel was prompt in arriving for the estimate and the day of the service. Very pleasant even though it was raining on both days. Due to the rain it was very difficult to see if the sprinklers were adjusted properly. Angel cam back later in the day and spent more time making sure the job was done correctly once the rain had stopped. Not knowing what this type of service cost i expected the worst but I was happy with the estimate and the actual invoiced price matched the estimate. Already have recommended East Coast Water Works to a friend needing sprinkler service.

Very happy! We had dead spots in our lawn so we called a pest control/landscape company for evaluation. He said we had chinch bugs and grubs and he could treat for that but the sprinklers weren't watering that area enough and needed to be moved. He said that whole section needed to be dug up, sprinklers moved and the pipes redone. He gave a high quote and that was just for that one zone. We decided to call a sprinkler company to evaluate our whole sprinkler system to get another opinion. We called East Coast Water Works based on all the good reviews on Angie's List. I spoke with Emily who was very nice and scheduled an appointment for an estimate within the week. Angel and Kenneth arrived early that day and evaluated the whole system. They said we have a good sprinkler system and it just needs some adjustments. We were very relieved to hear that. They gave their recommendations and estimate and we thought it was reasonable so we agreed and Kenneth was able to do the repairs right then. He ended up replacing several heads with different types of sprinklers and capped several others to increase the pressure and coverage in the problem areas. They also moved some heads and added another one on a riser to better water an area in the back and adjusted the remaining sprinklers. We are very happy with how our lawn is being watered now and this should fix the problem. This is a very honest and professional company and Emily, Angel and Kenneth were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our neighbors.

I was out of town, so I coordinated the service appointment via email and phone. I requested a review of my sprinkler system whle there were on-site including a quote for resolving any issues found and for replacing a very loud pump motor. The scheduler called me when they were on their way to my home and emailed me to confirm that the work had been completed successfully. She followed up the next day with her team's recommendations and quotes for labor and hardware.

Excellent company. I had an emergency situation and they responded quickly. In fact, I couldn't believe how fast they responded, came out , and fixed the problem. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Even though this is the sprinkler busy season, they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. The work was done perfectly and without any issue or hassle. Everything is working again just fine. I was so impressed, I asked the tech to give me an estimate for a system tune up. He spend a good amount of time looking everything over and gave me a detailed recommendation for what needed fixing and how to improve my system efficiency and coverage. I booked then right away and when the time came for the tune up (just a short wait), the work was done great and I was extremely happy with the much improved sprinkler coverage. East Coast Waterworks is now my go-to sprinkler company. I wouldn't consider anyone else and I suggest you call them first when in need of sprinkler service.

Angel the service person was very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling, followup and invoicing was professional. This is a well managed company. A detailed pricing and estimate was provided for the job. Pricing is higher than your average landscaper but worth it as you are dealing with a specialist company. I has sod put in after the installation and was charged a fee to re-tune the sprinklers.

Sprinkler system was repaired. Price was high, but I have nothing to compare it to. Workers were prompt, and pleasant.

I am on an acre with 5 zones. First of all ... my front zone had no pressure. So I called a guy that a friend referred to me. He came out spent about an hour looking over zones and said "big job", one whole zone would have to be rerouted. Said he would call me next week w/estimate. A week later - no call ... so I texted him don't forget about me. He texts - 'you're next'. Another week later I leave him a message that my lawn is dying. He calls me and says (I swear to God) "I am not going to put off my monthly paying customers just because YOU have one crummy zone not working". I say to him fine, you're too busy then forget about it (and hang up). Idiot then texts me 2 nasty messages. So I call another guy (from Angies List) - he calls me back in a day and says he's too busy for new clients. I tried to leave him a review at AL but they said 'something went wrong'. So I call another guy from Angies list and he says will be out in a week, misses 2 appointments then finally gets out here, runs the zone for 10 mins, takes some pictures and said will call w/estimate. Never calls ... In between all this, I put a call into EAST COAST WATERWORKS. Emilly said they are booked but will have a guy come out in a week and 1/2. I said OK. Couldn't hurt. So ANGEL from ECWW comes out on the day and hour of the appointment. I tell him the problem and BEFORE even running a zone puts a gauge on the pump and says my pressure is 20lbs (very low). AND he says - you have a leak on the seal of the pump. That's your problem. He didn't have a seal, but said would be back in 4 days to fix it. 4 days later he comes out, replaces the seal. Pressure up to 40lbs! He then went around and found 1 leak, capped 2 heads, moved a few heads and tweaked everything in all zones. Entire system now works PERFECTLY. Not only did this company STICK to their word for the appointment, but they were professional, polite, honest and actually KNEW what they were doing. Being a Commercial Real Estate Broker ... you can BET I will refer them now to whoever I can!
