+ -1 moreThey ended up destroying the Ipod Touch and claimed that it was defective when we brought it to them. It was only supposed to be 5 days to get this resolved but it has been 18 months and we still have yet to receive the Ipod Touch.
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace a cracked screen on my Ipod Touch.

+ -1 moreWhen I dropped off the PC, I explained that I didnt have weeks to leave it, because I used it everyday for business. They said they would look at it and diagnose the problem the next day. 4 days later they havent even looked at it. I took the machine. I took it back to the office with me, and told them I would drop it off again when I was out of town and they had a week to work on it. I dropped it off again, and they said they had to put a new OS on it. I take it back to the office and when connected, the sound didnt work. I called and took it back again. It sat for a week again, so I picked it up in frustration and left. Very poorly run and organized.
Description of Work: I had purchased a new computer and the USBs didnt work. The mfg warranty required sending it to Texas, at my expense and waiting 2 weeks. I use my computer for business, and couldnt be without it that long. I took it to drive guys for repair. I asked for the sound to be repaired. I explained to them that I needed my machine for work, and couldnt have a lot of down time.
